I'm a 68 year old female and enjoyed this course very much. I love to manage my AFib without medications someday. You are the first Doctor that explained natural remedies instead of prescribing more medications. Thank you Dr. AFib!

I want to congratulate Dr. Morales for this excellent, informative, educational and motivating course. It really explain all in detail. I learned very much about this issue and the best part is the meal plan included and the hope that Aifib can be reversed. Thank You very much again! M. Genoveva M.

Reliable information that has made living with AFib more tolerable. As of late, I have moved away from some of the diet restrictions and I am noticing the discomfort returning. Time to return to the benefits of the correct diet and exercise.

The Complete Guide to Afib is an Excellent Book! Easy to understand and great advice to follow. I've changed my diet as the book recommends and my blood pressure is dropping steadily as I lose weight.

So many information about the AF and how to improve your health. I signed in for this program because I never know what to eat, so I usually end up with some unhealthy option, unfortunately. Thank you Doctor, I will give my best to follow your advices.

This was just what I needed!! I am a dentist with Sleep Apnea who wears a Mandibular Advancement Device (MAD)to treat the OSA, but I started getting "flutters" in my chest at night right before I started wearing the MAD, and they seemed to come and go at random. I have very good nutrition, and follow a diet that has little to no refined sugar, nor refined wheat flour (Dentist who only uses Stevia, Xylitol, or Erythritol) but I am post-menopausal and cannot drop the 20 pounds that I have put on for the life of me. This course helps me to re-focus on stress management, reducing wine intake, and increasing Superfoods as "mains" in meals instead of eating less and less. I will report back in a few weeks with results! I truly want to stay away from medications in the future. Thanks a Million!!

I like and follow the program. It was more informative than my cardioligist. I was not born on a pill and beleive of alternatives other than a band aide in the form of prescription drugs (at some point is needed). I've spoken to my primary physician and she says I have my afib under control or what ever that means.

Great to have SHORT videos that covered all the Afib Lifestyle pyramid areas! Wonderful to have the book as well that explained Afib types & procedures. Appreciate that you’ve seen the heart damage from the inside molecular level, inspiring us to keep on making changes! Gratitude!

I really appreciate the depth and clarity of all the material Dr Morales shares on Dr. AFib. Videos are especially good for those who don't like to read (though I love reading, I still found the videos very helpful). His online course affirmed much of what I have already been doing in lifestyle and encouraged me to keep it up and to tweak it a bit. I appreciate his follow-up emails and especially his willingness to answer a question I had.

This course is stellar. Even if you think you are well-schooled on wellness topics and the pathophysiology of atrial fibrillation the Legacy Studies provide objective measures of the principles. Moreover, the emphasis on not allowing PERFECT to get in the way of progress provides a realistic avenue to working on the problem and taking control. Dr Morales considerable efforts and sincerity in providing these tools are unmistakable.

Very informative and helpful. I'm hopeful that this will help me with my 30 years of dealing with afib. Dr Afib was an awaking course to help control Afib. I learned that I was living a life style that was detrimental for my Afib.

The information was very good because, quite frankly, most doctors aren't very helpful with the "what do I do now?" part of AFIB. I get a lot of "Oh, just exercise" and "Oh, just eat better," none of that is very helpful when you feel like your heart is going to explode. I did have some critiques which kept me from giving the course 5 stars: - Stop reading the slides; this is my #1 critique of any presenter. I can read faster than you talk, plus I can read. Try to provide other information not necessarily on the slides. - The introductions to each video are unnecessary but if you're going to include them make it more than "hey guys here's a video", try to provide some substance around the video and what it should deliver. - Finally, get yourself a decent graphic designer. It would be much more impactful to show graphics around the data and information rather than your face. Nothing wrong with the face but sometimes less is more. :-)
