Awesome course!! I am a 56 Pulmonary/Critical Care physician with PAF since age 44. I have had about 20 episodes over the past 12 years and had an 18-hour run of afib last week for the first time in a while This course was a great reminder of what I should and shouldn't be doing. I am at my ideal body weight and am a runner -- diet, and particularly things that cause GERD, are triggers for me. I will be sure to recommend this course to my patients and others I come along who have afib. Thanks so much!!!

I highly recommend the Dr. A-Fib protocol. Since implementing it, I’ve noticed a significant decrease in both the number of palpitations I feel and actual A-fib episodes and their duration. I’ve not had a fib episode in quite a while now, and think I may be able to hold it off indefinitely. The lifestyle changes I’ve made are as follows: I incorporate veggies into every meal, including breakfast, and have cut out alcohol, a major trigger for me, entirely. I restrict meat to small amounts that complement a veg stir-fry or whatever. I avoid wheat-based foods— which contain inflammatory gluten— and sugar, and now have almost no joint pain as a bonus. I also take time-release magnesium (750 mg/day) and mix 800 mg of potassium powder in water. Both supplements are sold by Jigsaw Health. I walk pretty much every day and do some light strength training. I now consider my A-fib to have been a blessing in disguise because what I have to do to keep it at bay has improved my overall health tremendously. I no longer need my blood pressure meds, I have more energy, and my chronic insomnia is gone. Thank you, Dr. Gonzales!

This course was suggested by my naturopath and I am so thankful since the cardiologist I saw literally said: "This is not a negotiation. You will be on these meds for the rest of your life," when I tried to ask questions based on the journal I was keeping about the Afib episodes. Dr. Morales is down-to-earth and encouraging. He keeps the presentation moving, but it was easy to go back and repeat modules I wanted to hear again. He covered all the topics I had wondered about and included things I did not know. He didn't mention strong emotions as a trigger, but that is likely considered stress. Still, when I am feeling very sympathetic or empathetic toward others' situations, or experiencing my own deep emotions I have found I must catch myself and breathe deeply and not try to hide or hold the emotion in. Many thanks for making this series. I hope I can find an electro cardiologist like Dr. Morales in my area.

Why can't I sign back in to read the course again ? When you pay do you just pay to see it once.? I wanted to download Afib book but did not get a chance. I like the course but I like to go back and reread.

I thought it was terrific! I’m an NP, so I know the dietary and exercise recs are science-based. I liked Dr. Morales’ easy-going manner and clear directions. I’d already read the A-Fib Cure and gained a lot of knowledge from it, but I found the DrAfib videos presentation more encouraging and accessible.

Excellent program. I recommend it to any I started my diet on low glycemic foods and I walk 30-40 minutes daily on accelerated pace and I feel wonderful. I lost 28 pounds, my blood pressure got under control is now and is usually between 120-130 systolic and 65 - 75 diastolic. I was able to decrease Lisinopril from 40 mg per day to 20 mg. If I eat any sugars or high glycemic food, it affects me in a very negative way. I am now watching the frequency of AFib episodes, which appear to be decreaseing in frequency. I only had two short episodes of Afib that lasted about 20 minutes. I also found that the episodes of Afib decrease in length when I exercise (accelerated pace walking).

Thank you so much for your useful course. Last year we completed an inpatient lifestyle program that helped up do our whole plant based life style better. We have been plant-based for about 15 years. Appreciated your insights about leaky gut which is a new addition to our diet since your program. Our main reason in taking this course was to see if someone with with persistent AFib but with the most excellent lifestyle could defer on anti coagulants. We were just prescribed Eliquis only because Jim will be turning 75. Other than age, we have none of the co morbidities on the CHADS Vasc 2 risk stratification. Our score is 2 only because Jim is 74. He does have a sleep apnea and hypothyroid. Currently on Cpap and thryoid meds. His cardiologist has always charted that "74 year old patient with superb health." Jim's BMI is 20 We have NO added sugars, salt or fats in our meals. We only eat whole foods. We also follow Dr.Essestyn diet advicewhich is whole plant based. The only fats we eat are in walnuts/almonds/avocado/olives, basically any food that's plant based unrefined and whole. We will be using Ezequiel bread instead of grinding our own grains for bread after going through your course to see if there are any positive changes in Jim's Afib. Jim's latest Tread mill test was excellent. My husband went downhill skiing yesterday, generally still doing diamond runs. Per Dr Samjay Gupta (out of the UK) stroke risk is 1:25 in patients that have Atrial Fib. Given our uber lifestyle, is an anti coagulant really necessary? We are assuming that the stroke risk (1:25) in atrial fib is in the usual population eating our usual American SAD diet full of refined sugars, lots of saturated fats etc. Would really appreciate your opinion. Thank you so much. Naomi and Jim Wenzel 509 930-1212

really not very helpful. I am an Afib patient who is not in afib. i have afib events about 4 times per year, which last only up 11 hours. i am athletic, and am already doing more than your "basic" suggested exercise. for the 125.00, i really expected something more in the exercise, food and diet. too pretty dissapointed at this stage.

I signed up for the Afib course and could not get it on my computer the second time I tried. I could not find a customer service number to call, so I turned the problem over to my credit card service. I called the office number and that person was unfamiliar with the Afib program and could not help me. Visa has spent three weeks trying to get to the bottom of this with no success yet. The program looks good but for now I have to rate it very poor because I cannot get it on my computer

I just watched all the videos in the course. What I liked the best is that the doctor gives you solid tips you can follow. Like Drink electrolyte water before exercise. How to pick a healthy snack bar. Each video module is short and to the point. Very practical info that you can use right away. Lose 10% of my body, cut sugar and carbs. Easy steps to follow. Afib has been confusing and scary and Dr. Afib has helped me sort through the clutter and given me info i can use. Get the course. You won't regret it. i intend to watch it again.

Dr. Morales has created a wonderful "training" experience for living with and dealing with Afib. I was diagnosed in March 2020 just after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Spent three days in a "state of the art" hospital in So Cal. Chemically cardioverted and left the facility in good spirits believing this was a "oneoff" experience due to stress and way too much Chardonnay. 6 months later I had another episode and was diagnosed with Paroxysmal Afib, prescribed some "pills" and set for a followup. Never once, did our state of the art hospital provide a single session of "navigation" regarding living with Afib, often referring to it as an "annoyance or inconvenience"! After intense research, I found Dr Morales program and signed up. What a wonderful, educating and reinforcing approach to "living" with Afib. It literally changed how I would deal with this condition in the future. I immediately set the diet in place, lost 35 pounds, completely changed the way and what I eat, gave up any form of alcohol and felt that I had discovered a way to possibly reverse or at least minimize future episodes. I continue to take a minimal dose of Sotalol and other than the fact my heart rate runs a bit slower than I would expect, I believe the dietary changes and weight loss have made a great difference for me. Thank you to Dr Morales for his efforts to help with "life changing navigation" and communication that goes far beyond what your local Cardiologist doesn't offer. If you read the book, you must devote serious effort to following his advice and discover the difference it can make.

I'm a 68 year old female and enjoyed this course very much. I love to manage my AFib without medications someday. You are the first Doctor that explained natural remedies instead of prescribing more medications. Thank you Dr. AFib!

Outstanding presentation. Very thorough and explained in simple language. I’m glad I took the course. 65 year old male, 275 .lbs, exercise 4-5 times per week: cardio : cycle, walk concept rower.lift weights, yoga. Used to 4-6 cups of black coffee; now only drink 1 cup decaf. . I had my first Afib event on 5 Dec 2021, then on 30 Jan 2022, 2 in Feb 2022 and 1 in March 2022. My take away from this course is that I MUST lose weight, enhance my nutrition: recently became vegetarian and need to take Control of my Health,

While the information presented was helpful, it’s nothing I hadn’t already read or known; it’s just all in one place. I think it’s highly overpriced, and frankly I’m kicking myself for having paid what I did. I feel like I was scammed and paid way too much for an e-book and some recipes. I contemplated signing up a few weeks ago, opted not to, but then changed my mind today when it showed up again in my Facebook feed. I also think Dr Morales talks too fast in the videos. Hopefully, following the advice presented (which again is nothing I didn’t previously know) will actually result in a reduction of my afib episodes, and I won’t feel like I wasted my money.

Basically a diet programme advocating plant based food along with lifestyle changes, cutting out alcohol, processed food, losing weight, exercise etc. If you came here genuinely thinking this series of videos would cure your Afib I’d go in with an open mind as many of the suggestions here are already common knowledge to most sufferers of Afib!
