I highly recommend Dreams in Hemel Hempstead. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and even made us a cup of tea whilst we were there. We needed to get a bed in a hurry as we were having people over to stay. The staff at dreams found us exactly what we were looking for. We got the bed and mattress and they threw in some pillows for free. We ordered it on the Sunday and it was delivered Wednesday. Outstanding service.

The mattress I purchased wasnt the mattress that was delivered because it was like sleeping on a sandbag, no give. I experienced severe back pain after 1 night after sleeping on new mattress. I complained but was ignored because probably they have so many complaints they know what to expect. After seeking legal advice from Trading Standards I was within my legal right to get a full refund. The reason stated being in my first sentence. Dialogue with Customer Service was protracted and extremely difficult. For reasons known only to Dreams I didnt get a FULL refund. Still, I received 2 thirds. I accepted that I had given the 1 third money to charity as they were having to pay their staff under duress. Dreams are a company that have no ethics and could not care less about their product. I sincerely hope no one else should consider Dreams an ethical company and would strongly advise to give this company a wide berth and NOT buy a mattress at Dreams because you will have nightmares.

Just to let future customers aware of the aftercare of Dreams,we bought a king size mattress in Sept 2020 cost of £700 so not a cheap one but not a dear one (,and I might add we saved for this as we are pensioners and thought long and hard of where to purchase it)last couple of months noticed hump down middle of mattress phoned dreams they sent out insurance company he explained what they look at layed on bed said hump was very noticeable took measurements noticed that at that time it had a broken zip told him we turned it once a month, oncompletion of inspection he let us put comment on audio recording on phone and said that Dreams would contact us in a few days 2 weeks we t by so called Dreams waited over 25 minutes to speak to someone just to be told they cant do anything about it and that was it not even a courtesy call so if your thinking of buying a mattress think twice where you buy it and certainly think twice before going to Dreams.

I have been meaning to leave a review for weeks but just didnt get to it. I just want to say that all companies make mistakes and it is how they are sorted that sets the standard. We have recently had months of dealings with dreams over a complete bedroom furniture set, it's very long and complicated and so so I'll cut to the crunch. We did get our matter settled, in full. I'm afraid I had to go to the top which shouldn't have happened but, to be fair to dreams, they did then respond in a proper and timely manner and the issue was sorted in full. So thank you dreams for dealing with our issue.

Good in-store customer service without pushy sales talk. Lead times are a bit long, but other than that very satisfied with the customer service.

We recently purchased a new bed,and mattress from Dreams, and after a couple of months we had issues with our bed, and the mattress. But Dreams we’re excellent in the treatment of our complaint, and dealt with it straight away. They replaced, the bed,and we paid extra to upgrade our mattress to Tempur, and they kindly gave us Tempur pillows free of charge. So would highly recommend them, you can rely on them to do the right thing at all times.

I visited Dreams Bromborough 3 times, and each visit the sales staff were professional and knowledgeable. I’d looked at purchasing mattresses on line but felt I needed the reassurance of a shop with people before I spent the £2.7k this matresss was going to to cost. However, I was stunned to learn that their 100 night sleep assurance guaranteed means nothing. If the bed did not work for me, I was only able to exchange it for another. If another was cheaper, I’d not get the cash difference back! I promptly purchased a Simba online, which comes with a 100 night sleep assurance with free collection and full refund if unhappy. This IS a guarantee. Dreams, pull your socks up!

There was a good variety of beds, however was mostly self directed in terms of choice of bed. The salesperson was good at highlighting the ability to exchange the mattress in 40 days, which was a deciding factor as we were purchasing a new mattress to hopefully alleviate my back problem

Enquired about a replacement for a 'Beaumont' 1000 pocket spring luxury 3' mattress. Which was not listed on current webpage site (January 2024). Received E-mail response from Sales Advisor Sebastian Tosnar informing me that 'Banbury' was the current equivalent replacement. With 858 spring pockets. When queried informed that: Quote: "The reason this Banbury says 858 pocket springs is because spring counts are worked out in this industry off of a king size. If you look at the king size Banbury it will say 1000. Believe me this is the 1000000000% like for like for your current mattress" unquote. This appears at face value to be disturbingly disingenuous and dishonest. And holding the intelligence of life blood customers in contempt. It appears to be pandering to the lowest common denominator of (standards of) excellence. And quality. Imagine they would be of interests to BBC 'Rogue Traders' / 'Watchdog' consumer affairs programme. Caveat Emptor.

Was informed on the due delivery date that my order was not in stock. Tried to call but couldn't get through to the 'customer service' team. Email response received a day later offering free pillows(!) as compensation and an alternative delivery date which was almost a month after the order, and payment, were made. Awful service and no existent customer comms.

Firstly i must say i am not at all enthusiastic with the Quality of the Matteress and draw divan I Paid £ 999 for materess and 4 drawer base . Which is Supposed to be none slip as it is printed all over the material'"" I sit on the edge of the materss and it slides like it has, been lubricated Not funny at the least As for the matterss i had to get them to send in one of there (Paid fault finding inspectors) Because the mattress was sinking on the side i sleep No fault found but i have photoes of the failings ! My last materress was a sealy gold plus- 14 years not one issue This particular brand is so so much iinferior in overall quality in every way !! Considering the price£ £999! Yes i was Dreamin when i bought it They said i could exchange it buti would have to pay for transport , and pay extra for a Supposed better matteress . Which i do not believe they could furnish me with

My stair wall was damaged and whilst dreams have accepted responsibility and passed to their insurers , the insurer is now saying they have only received one of the original documents. however they have waited 5 weeks to let me know. Poor communication..When challenged I was told I should be lucky they have contacted as it usually takes 3 months! this is not good service. This is the second damaged room from two separate deliveries from dreams. I think perhaps the delivery teams are under pressure to get through the deliveries?
