We were so excited to receive shipment of our order so soon, thank you for the prompt delivery! We put the cycling border up today but were disappointed as the peel and stick border did not stay up long before separating from the walls. It was actually a peel and stick so was not dipped in water as suggested by customer service! Also background so dark not able to appreciate the print when looking up from floor, disappointed with your product! Thinking we should have stopped and sent the 8 rolls back but we were on a roll and wanted to finish up. It was purchased by myself and put up by volunteers after refinishing the whole Spinning Room at our local YMCA.

i've written two emails to you asking about the progress of my order. Chi got back to me but had no information. You were quick to charge my credit card but I haven't heard anything about where my order is. Any help you can give me would be great. Debbie Vance

Not a reflection on this company but rather the product. Described as 'self-adhesive'...did not hold for more than an hour. If you buy this product...plan on buying wall paper paste as well.

BEWARE PEOPLE...... Returns are an issue with this company. I am trying to return border that I ordered two rolls of two different patterns for two different bathrooms. Of course I had to open one to see if the border was going to work for my project. The border was NOT as shown online - not the colors shown. Realizing the border was unsatisfactory, the two rolls were re-wrapped perfectly except for the plastic covering. (I had only unrolled them maybe two feet total.) Well, guess what? I've been told I can only return the unopened rolls. How can a person know if the paper will work for a project if you can't open it???? No one from the company will answer my questions and respond to my email. BEWARE OF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!! Very poor customer service and won't accept returns. The website alludes to the fact that you may make returns - but there is fine print!! The item is in perfect condition!!! A small re-stocking fee, or upon inspection approval for return, but to take a $74 chance that you'll like the paper - I'll NEVER take that chance again.

Ordered paper that said it was pre pasted it is not you have to buy paste very disappointed.

I have sent the e-mail twice to return my product. Your website says a 24 hour response. Really? I started my e-mail process 3 weeks ago. I am running out of the 30 day return policy. Today I decided to take aggressive action and call the customer service. All I got was a recorded voice telling me someone would call me back. When? I'm impatiently waiting!!!!!!

the wallpaper border you sent wasn't the same color as pictured on your site the colors were faded and I needed the same colors that were on your site and on the small picture that came with the border, as I just needed a few feet to match in with existing border that was damaged during restoration of bathroom.

I ordered 4 wall paper borders & received in a good time ,But only 2 came up when I did the order .I sent an email & the guy said to order another 2 & that he would tell the warehouse to just charge me 1 delivery.But they didn't .I sent an email & the guy said he would get back to me & he didn't .The order was in February still no refund for the 2nd delivery that was charged .Think its very poor on there behalf when they said that they would do something .Not happy

I ordered wallpaper border in good faith in anticipation of an overall remodel in progress. As things developed and we finally got to the point of trying to remove an existing border and replacing it with this product we were unable to avoid damaging the existing wallpaper so it all had to be removed and the border I ordered was not needed. It seems impossible to get someone to help me return product for credit. I have followed instructions and received an RMA number and was instructed I would receive an address to send the return to. Nothing happened. Tried to contact via phone number on web site and left message. Nobody answers and nobody returns the call.

They sent me the wrong paper and after multiple attempts to get them to make it right. They NEVER responded or attempted to get in contact with me.

The border paper I selected was substituted by another number - completely all wrong for my kitchen. When I complained I was told I could only return an unopened reel. (How was I to know it was wrong unless I looked at it?) Long story short - I returned both rolls at my expense and they say I will be reimbursed for only 1 reel and also forfeit the postage I originally paid. I am very unhappy!! I also have no border paper to show for my money! At this rate I should have kept both rolls and donated them to a good cause!

I ordered wallpaper with the expected delivery date of one week later on a Friday, on Thursday evening I received notification that the wallpaper I wanted was backordered until March. Lousy inventory system. This was after I had already torn my wallpaper off of my walls. I found the wallpaper with another company.

I am very dissatisfied with your company!! You double billed me for each item I purchased. You people refuse to refund me my money!! I am looking for an return premium to my credit card of $140.78. I will not purchase anything from you again. I learned my lesson!!!! Connie Hilton

Hello Why $140.78? You order total was $59.88. It was double charged by the system (probably you clicked buy button twice). Total - $119.76 I refunded the second charge 10/23/2016 Sorry for inconvenience. Regards DesignersWallpaper

Received my shipment pretty fast. Wanted to send the order back for an exchange, took a little doing but finally received an answer and the address. I am now waiting to see if my exchanged border comes. Finally received an other answer,Out of stock, so asked for a refund. It is now November 7, 2016 and I have been dealing with this company for 3 months still have not received refund for the border that I returned. If anyone orders from this company you better be sure that you love your border and not planing on a return!

I should know better than to buy wall paper over the internet. I didn't know it was vinyl looking, it didn't appear that way in the picture. The color is great, the print is fine, size good, but doesn't go with 1901 house. more like 1980 house. And the shipping. I had no idea I would have to be present to sign. I work--in another town. There is no re-delivery service in my area. I had to make arrangements to go to the USPS and pick up the package of wall paper I can't use. Never again.

My order was shipped 22 July 2016. it is now 9 August 2016 and I still have not received the parcel.

INternational orders take longer to be delivered. Your order was shipped the next day after you placed it. Now it's up to the postal service. Thanks for your negative review anyway
