I received my border but it was the wrong size- website said 9 inches- item only 7.8 inches! I have sent 2 emails, telephoned and left two messages and initiated two chats to no avail! No customer service at all. I have found another 9 inch border on the site but do far no assistance to me regarding an exchange! How do you get a live person to resolve this?!

I placed an order they have taken payment and I keep getting told what I ordered is out stock. I was asked to chose an alternative product...I did and I have not got any acknowledgment that they have accepted my alternate choice. After I selected the alternative choice I received another email saying it was out of stock but they provide no product code saying which item they are talking about so I have no idea if both my choices are out of stock. I have called left messages sent emails and not one person has responded accordingly and explained what is happening. The customer service is lacking and all I want is to be able to get the product I ordered (or an alternative that they actually have in stock) and paid for and it is absolutely ridiculous that it has taken almost a week and I do not get a call back when clearly the telephone number says leave a message and they will return your call... well I hope ... but I am very doubtful that I will receive my product at this point and I am probably ripped off for the cost of the product.

First order was incorrect and I have been unable to reach anyone about it. I called and left a message and sent an email as well.

I never received my wall paper and I called yesterday. Adamated system said to leave a message and phone number and they would return my call. I did this but never received a call back. Please call me back! Number 7632866431

WE NEVER GOT THE TWO ITEMS WE ORDERED!! FIRST THEY WERE BACK ORDERED AND THEN DISCONTINUED! VERY UPSET

I gave one star because there is no option to leave ZERO stars. I placed an order on October 3, 2020. It is now Oct 30, 20202, and I still have not received my order. I have emailed several times and each time I get the runaround. I asked for a refund because I believe this company is a complete scam, and I probably would never have received my order. If I don’t receive a response email today regarding a refund, I will dispute it with my bank. If you need something for your home in a reasonable amount of time, this is the last place you would want to shop. We’re looking for a positive shopping experience, steer clear of this place.

I placed an order on Oct 3, 2020. I specifically asked how long it would take to get the item and they told me it would ship out within 3 to 5 days. It is now October 20, 2020 and I still have not received my item. I have emailed them numerous times where I’ve gotten a complete run around. It’s so frustrating that I just asked for a refund and I’m waiting to hear back. I feel like this company is a complete scam. I also have not been able to find them on the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they will refund me so I can purchase what I need elsewhere. Unfortunately, I cannot give a review on the product since it was never received!

Very frustrating encounter and still not resolved. I placed an order for two rolls of wallpaper border, after the order I realized on my charge card it was a double charge. I called the 877 number multiple times and left a message, email to Customer service and still no response. When I received the packages I had only one roll and one package and then two rolls in the other. Who and how do I contact somebody!!!!???????

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE> If I could give a 0/5, I would. I have called this company 3x and no return phone call. I ordered 2 different borders for my mom. When I received the one border, it was a yellow and blue rose pattern #5508500, the one package had a price sticker of $1.99 on it. Yet, I was charged $18.99 per roll. That really wasn't an issue tho.....because when I bought it for her, the price was what it was. They must have had it on clearance and forgot to take the price sticker off of it and of course didn't give it to me at clearance price. BUT, it is advertised as prepasted, it is not. Then, the other border...#EG022103B.....I needed one more roll, as I ran out and wanted to make sure I got the same lot # when I ordered the other roll. SO, I called them MULTIPLE times and they didn't return my call. I WOULD NEVER, WILL NEVER use this company again. I tried calling, live chat and email. One of the questions when you are doing the review is, how quick did the company reply? NEVER!!!! my order ID# is 29705

Awful customer service. Have not received my merchandise after it advised 3 weeks ago it shipped. left 2 voicemails and 3 emails and no response. I'm getting ready to stop payment if I do not get some sort of a response as to where my merchandise is.

I got an email advising my order was shipped on 4/15/20 and I got a tracking number and was advised to check on the link in the email. There was no link and I am not sure which mailing service was used. I have called them twice and was only able to leave a voicemail. O also emailed them 3 times and no response. I was charged but not sure if I am ever going to get my merchandise. If I do not hear from them shortly I am going to cancel my charge on my credit card. NOT GOOD Customer Service!
