“I ordered wall panels, which arrived in a timely manner, but when I sent emails to ask about time material for endcaps, no one has responded. Have sent 3 emails as of this time and not a word from anyone. Called today, but not holding my breath that someone will call me back.”

“We bought 4 rolls of border. It was very pretty. We placed the first roll in a tray of water and slowly rolled it out placing it on the top of the wall. We could feel the glue and all seemed to go well. We finished the room but a day later we found that we were unsuccessful. Most of it is peeling away from the wall. I do not know where we went wrong. We have done this before and used the same technique and all went well. Was it too much water, the temperature of the water, what? There were no specific directions.”

“The border was beautiful, exactly what I wsnted. Unfortunately, it fell off the wall not once but twice. The paste just did not adhere to the wall. I had to run out and buy some spray on glue and us ed that. So far it's holding and it looks great.”

“The border that I ordered came in quickly and was shown much in appearance as shown online. What I am very unhappy about is the customer service. I need to return the borders as they did not match up to the wallpaper that I already have on my walls. I have called, left messages, followed their directions from their website & filled out a return request (there was no return form or packing slip). and still have heard nothing. When I completed the return section of the website it stated that I would hear something soon on how my return would be processed. I have never filled out a return form an had to wait to hear from someone before I could sent back the product. It has been several days and I have received nothing. As I mentioned, there is no one to answer a call as well so I'm wondering if I'm just at their mercy with products they are hoping won't be returned. Is this yet another online shopping site that deliveries timely, but on returns.....not so much?”

“Not exactly satisfied. I was sent the wrong size wallpaper border, then when I reordered, my original choice was no longer available. WORST of all I had to pay $15.00 to return the incorrect order to a Canadian address. That's more expensive than an entire roll of the wallpaper border I ordered. I should NOT have to pay that return postage!!! It wasn't my error!!”
