“Saw a expensive G-Star Jacket I want to purchase, but before go ahead I found Dressinn, only half the price.
So I ordered it on 27th August, shipping to Melbourne, Australia.
Original ETA 6th of September. Price is pretty much 60% off.
Eventually arrived on 20th of September, Clothes is in good condition, it was shipped from Spain to Netherland, before embark to Sydney then delivered to Melbourne.
I have contacted their customer service multiple times, but response is generic.
Overall this is a legit site selling genuine goods.
But waiting time (if you are from Australia) can be very long.
Don't expect much response from their customer service.
I would recommend if you are looking for certain piece that is not very seasonal.”
“I’m giving it a 4 star review just because it did not arrive at the estimated delivery. I purchased my item at the 19th of August and arrived at the 2nd of September, while it was estimated to come at the 26th of August from Netherlands to Greece. All in all my experiences after reading all of the bad reviews from this site, gave me second thoughts not knowing whether its going to arrive or not. But hey! It came and thats what all matters in the end, no scratches or damage to my parcel. This gave me a lesson to no matter how cheaper the products are in a site compared to the official sites, ALWAYS CHECK THE REVIEWS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS. Well I hope my experience helped some people who are experiencing the same situation and hopefully by the end your parcels will be received!”

I can safely say the company is legit, my only disappointment is that ordered 2 item which both showed on the website it shows available stock but as I maintained communication with the company it was clear they didn't have the stock of 1 of the items so I removed the item and I was refunded my money, but the other item which they did have in stock is in-transit I can safely say I will order from them again, you as a customer you must keep in touch with them to ensure that what you order is actually in stock, my advice to future customers is keep in touch with them, check you order after you buy it, if it take too long to be shipped might be that 1 item is holding up other items because they waiting for the stock from the main supplier.”

“Recieved the orders I placed from DressInn in correct size and colors.
Items were shipped from Spain to Philippines via DHL option.
It would have been a 5-Star Review if I didnt have to make a follow-up through their customer service regarding the shipment of my order.
I suggest to choose DHL delivery option to avoid delays.
Customer Service were quick to answer my inquiry.”
“Dressin has not made me happy. The 0parcel I ordered on December29th. I still have not received it.
In their website they say it entered South Africa on the 19th January.
Worse do not know how to contact them.
I am never buying from them ever again.”
“After reading all these reviews I-m not really sure what to think.
I have ordered shoes from this website in 3 different ocasions and the items were allways delivered, two of the times with a slight delay but nothing major.
For what I know this store is located in Spain, and since I live in portugal wich right beside it that may have been part of the reason I didn]t had any problems with the items being delivered.

“Guys to be fair. I ordered 3 different sets of items from dressinn. In total I ordered 6 items. They all came, all perfect sizes. The only problem is the duration. The first two sets took about 2 months to arrive at my post office and then the last one took 4 months.
I received my orders but I would not recommend it as it’s very risky and based on all the other reviews it is not worth it. It works for others and it doesn’t work for others unfortunately.
They sent me a picture of my parcels before the delivery took place. Another concern is that at your post office, you have to pay for the import tax and VAT, so it does increase the price to roughly the same in store.”

2 months ago ive sent an item to return, not only it wasnt delivered to Dressin but cant be located and they ask me for almost a month to wait till he be back to me. Any other online shopping site would have refunded me already.”
