“I've ordered 3 pair of jeans to be sent to Israel at 09/04/23. checking nonstop on the track of the shipment it is still stuck in Netherland. i've call the costumer service time and again. in one of the calls she even said that it is still in spain. they don't care and don't take responsibility on shipping the package to israel.

Delivery “failed” a few times. Logistic is horrendous. Finally arrived - Nothing fits.
Organised delivery using their provided labels, spending enormous time at the post office and paying $66.60.
No any refunds for FOUR MONTHS.
Then one day I see the same parcel crammed my mailbox as it’s bounced back from their return centre. No one is responding on their official phones, and by mail they say the parcel was in their customs “ Your returned parcel has been seen as a commercial shipment by the Customs office and it is currently stuck there. The parcel will be sent back to you by the Customs in a few days. Once the parcel is back to you we will arrange a pick-up service in order to return the parcel back to our warehouse in order to avoid this trouble again, and then we will proceed to the registration and refund request process.
Unfortunately when dealing with the Customs there is nothing we can do in order to speed up this procedure. The Customs procedures take quite a long time, up to 1 month, so please be patient and as soon as you receive it back contact us in order to arrange the collection.”

In my case, the excuse is it can take up to 90 days for customs to release the package, even if it shows that is a lie. Their own tracking system shows it’s not being held by customs but the company do not take responsibility. They will not refund the money. They act in bad faith.”

The other parcel is sent back weeks ago after waiting for weeks. This one also took weeks and again I have the wrong size, 36 instead of 20) while I am still waiting for the money of the previous pair. Meanwhile our little daughter will almost not fit that size anymore... Before I've ordered with you it went well, but now I will not only write serious 0* reviews on every platform that matters, about your service but also I will never order anything again. There are no replies on my messages, so your aftersales is also really of the worse kind ever. I will send the parcel back and expect my money back before the 18th (of two deliveries) of July. “Even though there were many bad reviews regarding your shipment of orders, I took a chance to place an order only because you had the sneakers I wanted.
Promptly, next day I received an email stating my order was shipped and you included a picture of the package, which was coming to the US.
Checking with USPS, the courier used to send my order, you only “created the label” but the package has not been delivered to USPS, contrary to what you indicate.
Also, upon closer inspection of the package, it does not appear to contain the box with my shoes. So I really don’t know. If package was ready to ship in reality, there’s no reason why 6 days later it has not. I get packages from Europe from diverse countries and couriers and they all ship within 3 days. I am very concerned why this is not possible with your company.
I would much appreciate a prompt response. I tried to find an email in your website to contact you but you made sure none is available (if you have one, what is it?).
I deserve to know when my package will ship by providing a precise date which can be tracked with the shipper.
If for some reason you can’t ship immediately, please let me know so that I can make a decision.

Scam, looters, hustlers, crooks, swindlers are running DRESSINN and all other sites related to INN portal...
Its an organized scam, the site is fake, they offer products 20-40% less compared to other sites just to lure the consumers...once the consumers place the order they provide a wrong tracking number...which after 5 days will stop tracking or freeze.....and after a period the tracking number will expire automatically...
When u place a complaint, they will send a form asking you to fill and send it back to them; and there shall be no response after that..... I waited almost more than 3.5 months for my order with no refund..Order no.16407775
Dont buy anything from DRESSINN and its other INN sites...its an organized scam, customer service is impossible to reach and pathetic....hope they will refund my money....
