I payed 10 euro extra for the fast delivery. the order still arrived 3-4 weeks late when i could pick it up anymore. I did not receive the order nor a refund. This one of the worst online shops i ve used. 0 professionality and no reliability. They don t take responsability neither for the late delivery nor for the abscence of the package. both a refund and a replacement were denied.

I ordered several months ago and never received my order. I entered the correct address and they said I entered the wrong address now I don't know where my package is and dresslily won't give me back my money. Don't buy anything from this place. They a rip off.

Expected transit and acceptable fit, but terrible quality and non-existent customer service. My order of 2 tops and 1 dress took about three weeks to arrive, which was within my expectations. However, upon reviewing my order confirmation email, I realized that I had accidentally ordered 1 of the tops in 3XL. I immediately attempted to reach out to Customer Service via email to correct the issue before the order shipped; placing an international call was not an option. Silence. Roughly 10 days later, I get an email indicating that my order has shipped. Customer Service never got back to me. Another 4 days after that, I get an obvious form email from Customer Service that does not even come close to addressing my issue. They seem to think that I want to know when my order will ship, and incorrectly indicated that my order was being prepared for shipment (it had already shipped). I probably then wasted my time by demanding a refund for the top that got ordered in the wrong size, since they completely ignored me rather than correct my order, which shbeen easily doable- either exchange with the correct size, or, if out-of-stock, refund or at least credit for that item. I still haven't received a reply, 1 week later. Lo and behold, the items arrive, wrong-sized top, and all. The fit is surprisingly good. For context, I'm 5'7", and most often where a size medium, depending on the brand.

I ordered some swimwear and 2 out of the 4 items were too big. I contacted their support centre and they were more than willing to send out replacements. It was such a stress free process and they were very willing to assist in fixing my issue to my satisfaction. Have confidence in buying your items as you will be assisted very well if there is an issue :)

I have ordered several items recently. Shorts, pants, tshirts. ALL were too small! I ordered in extra large first. A Chinese or child extra large? I then ordered some 2x tees, still too small for even a large. I wear a 16 in misses . The pants and shorts and tees are not even hemmed! I will never order again.šŸ™

Ordered 5 items in November 2019, non arrived in the timescales provided (one even arriving as late as January). They are terrible at communication and I found out one item was not in stock. They kept telling me it would come but in February I had enough of their promises it would be in stock and their broken promises to contact me and got a refund. When I did receive the items some were not very good quality either.

Item arrived faulty, sewn completely wonky and unwearable. They hide their returns policy and the fact they're based in Spain until you message to request a refund. They then tried to make out it just didn't fit rather than me sending photos of the fact it's wonky. offered a partial refund or return but won't cover postage despite the fact the item they sent is faulty and unwearable. The material is lycra like and super cheap and nasty. Typical sweatshop style item and ridiculous returns procedure. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM.

Beware!! This company is not honest. I ordered items early this month for a birthday. Money immediately taken from my account (only after bank alert did I find out they are not a USA company). Items did not arrive for birthday and I attempted to cancel but unable to. Most recent email bold faced lie "it shipped on August 15" but here is clip of email received on August 19, 2020 "your order status. Your order just been processed for clearance. This procedure might take a little bit of time due to the local policy. Your Order Number L2008131647127851 Your Tracking Number 9305520224100018084347" I have requested refund and cancellation of order (I even requested RMA in case order really shipped) but the company has not done either. Stay away!!

I liked the items I got from this site. Many of their items are very cute and I am very fond of them, but their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Two of my items did not fit and trying to send them back was awful. You have to pay for your own return shipping, no shipping lable is provided. MULTIPLE times I would send messages to them and their reply only loosely related, only answered the first portion of, or even almost entirely missed what I wrote. I felt like they weren't actually reading my replies for the majority of this time, and more than once I had to send the same question or comment multiple times since it was not addressed the first time. It did take me longer than it should have to send my return since I did not have a printer to print off the paper they provide that they require you put inside the package, which is not their fault. After my return did arrive I did not hear from them for two weeks until I contacted them to ask what what going on to be told my items, which I was hoping to exchange for different sizes, were now out of stock. The shipping to receive the items also was EXTREMELY long, though I'm sure my experience was in part effected by Covid.

It was 2 years ago. I shipped back 3 items and did not receive 2 that I ordered. . They promised me a refund but until now, never received it. Itā€™s very deceiving when the online catalog looks so good and you receive poor quality garments. Never again order anything from a China -based company.

This business is literal trash. Clothes are low quality for normal clothing prices. You can't get a refund for anything, only in-store credit. Never buy ANYTHING from here, I've learned my lesson.

Ordered at the end of March. Gave some extra time for delivery, pandemic and all. I'm STILL in conversations with them about getting a refund. I have two separate tickets open with them. I've been told multiple times that they've contacted the courier. I was told that "Your delivery deadline will expire on 08.07.2020 We will offer you a final review for your case once we reach this date. ". It's now 21st July and they haven't provided any update. I've been told to 'get proof that the post office never received it' (which, after speaking with the Post Office, is nonsense because that's not something that they do). They best they've offered is a 10 USD refund on a 70 USD order. My advice? Don't bother ordering from them in the first place. This is far too much hassle for what is apparently sub-standard clothing.

Wish I had seen more reviews before ordering. The clothes did come promptly and some were nice hence the one star. However when I needed to return the items they treated me childishly. I couldnā€™t afford the tracking postage so had to pay for normal, because I did that they decided never to pay me back for my clothes. They kept pieing me off with the note that the clothes never arrived. They were always condescending and patronising. They donā€™t allow return easily and will find every way to make it difficult. As they are based in Spain it wouldā€™ve cost me over 20Ā£ to send all of my items back, this is more than I spent on the damn clothes. Awful site, never order from them ever!

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. 2 months and still no items. Couldn't track it with their tracking. Then I was finally able to get an update. It's been almost 2 months and tracking shows it in San Francisco for almost a month. Bet it never shows. Customer service email just gives a song and dance about how long items can take coming from overseas. Wanted to check my delivery address and wanted to know if I had checked at the post office. Yet it says when you order that it should be delivered in 7-14 days. Now I get just give it until 8/10 then they'll consider it lost

Their prices were fine, and I was excited about my purchases. But once I got them I realized they were made with a cheap material, and didn't fit anything like I thought they would. So I decided to return them. Their return process is awful. You have to do this back and forth chat with their customer service, and they only give you a partial refund if you want your money back. They make you pay for shipping, which is ridiculous. Definitely would not recommend shopping with this company, unless you don't mind all the work and frustration.
