they are horrible! The customer service just hangs up on you after telling you they can't help you. They don't respond to emails ina timely or correct manner. They take your money and never give you product or your product is wrong. Save yourself a headache, go to Kohls.

I'd give zero stars if I could!! Ordered a bathing suit over 2 months ago and still haven't received it. After countless emails and phone calls NO ON CAN TELL ME WHERE MY PACKAGE IS!! I finally just asked for a refund to which I was told THEY CANNOT GIVE BECAUSE THEY NO LONGER ACCEPT VISA CARDS!! This site is a scam!

I ordered two swimsuits from this company and both took over two months to get to me. When I tried the items on they were too small because they had apparently come from China, which I did not know. So I went to return the swimsuits and it took multiple days for them to respond about a return plan, and when they did they said that they “ do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear, lingerie and beauty items, or discounted item”. The stuff they don’t except returns for accounts for a majority of their stock. The swimsuits I had ordered were in perfect condition with the huge ice stick still on. For a company not to take returns on a item such as swimsuits is ludicrous since many other companies have no problem taking returns. Overall, my experience was not good at all.

I received the order within the time they promised; however, one bathing suit didn't fit. The process to return is inconvenient and takes forever. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone, it's all email with very little response. I was given NO INFORMATION on how or where to return and promised a refund to my account within 24 hrs. Obviously the refund hasn't happened... probably because they won't give me any details on how to return the stupid suit. I will not order from them again.

Received my shipment after two months waiting. I ordered extra large I'm all items looking at this size chart that they provide on there website I expected the clothes to be that size. How silly was I to expect them to provide what they had promised. Not one of the clothes would fit me one of the shirts I had ordered would not even fit a 12 year old the largest of all the clothes I received was a medium all the rest small extra extra small but on the label they all said extra large. Quality control is something that is missing allso customer service. When I finally got in contact with them I'm nice to speak to someone I can understand they wanted me to do so much to get it back to them at my own cost even then no guarantee of getting my money back. It would be less time for me to walk around the world with my clothes in a backpack and drop them off at that door than to do everything they asked me to do. Terrible business an embarrassment to be even called a business just a complete scam

If I could give half a star I would. Customer service is horrendous. I ordered two one piece bathing suits and after a three month wait finally received a package. What I ended up receiving was eight small thong bikinis and one pink bikini top. I believe I recieved someone else's order. I called to see if I can receive a refund for the suits I ordered and to send what I received back. When I called I got hung up on three times. The 4th time I was told to email my concern. I emailed my concern and received and email that said our records show your package was recieved on blah blah date at blah blah time. After going back and forth emailing and receiving the same response 4 times yeah 4 times!!! Also calling a 5th time I came to terms that I wasn't going to receive a refund so I just have up.

We actually received our products, so it seems we are ahead of most people! I want to return one for a refund (it was accidentally ordered twice) and has not even been opened or touched. No one will respond to us, even after submitting two online "tickets" and calling only to get someone who could not speak English. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!! Maybe we should count our losses and just give up. I would NOT recommend ordering from them!!

This is the worst online company to buy from. I ordered a bathing suit in March for my summer vacation in July and I STILL have not received my item. DressLily's customer service is a joke. You can't talk to a real human, no one knows whats going on. Their message system is hard to read. I DO NOT recommend buying ANYTHING from Dresslily. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. If you want them to take your money and never get your item, this site it for you!!!! I made a HUGE mistake when I ordered from them and I will NEVER do it again even if they were the last place on earth. DRESSLILY IS A HORRIBLE TERRIBLE ONLINE STORE.

Don't order from them. I made an order online but never got a confirmation and when I go back into my account there is no pending orders. Well guess what they got $49.00 off my PayPal account and there is no order pending on my dresslily account. I contacted dresslily and it's just a run around with them wanting a confirmation number, which I don't have because my order never went through but they took the money for the order that never went through!😠😠😠

I placed an order on April 22 2020, I understand with the pandemic going on it would take up to 2 weeks longer, ok im fine with that. But for 2 months to go by, i cant get a refund or even any information about my order is ridiculous . Customer service is a joke . They aren't helpful at all. Im highly dissatisfied. I would recommend not buying from here . Next time Id rather pay triple the price to another website and actually get what I ordered.

I ordered my product early Feb. I didn't received me product it late May. There is no calling customer services, only emailing them. When I asked if I can just have a refund, I was told that since my product was stuck in sorting in China, I couldn't get a refund. Too bad, so sad.... I will never order from this company again and they have to taught me a valuable lesson. Not to order from companies that are based out of china.

Do not order from them!!!! I order from them in April n didn’t receive it til mid June. The only good thing bout this company is it’s true to size. The items I order were super see-through and just cheaply looking and made. And correspondence they just kept telling me we were little longer with a little longer today. According to tracking information it was only coming from California and I live in Arizona and it took over two months. After the tracking number they originally gave me didn’t work after a month I requested a refund. Of course I didn’t get it n got the run around. I will not order from this company just the experience all the way around was terrible.

The bathing suite fabric is amazing and comfortable. I ordered a size that was too big. DressLily got back to me very fast and offered me and different size or my money back. There customer service is fantastic!

Do not buy with this company! I paid nearly £100 for tankinis and I then get told by DHL I have to pay £28 in customs/tax otherwise my order gets destroyed, when I asked why this wasn’t made explicit when ordering I was told it’s in the terms and conditions, surely this should be transparent as it would be with posting and packaging costs! What a rip off! Will not be returning!

I ordered one bathing suit on April 21st. Still nothing delivered in June, and they are blaming Fed EX and telling me to re-check my address. Avoid this company at all costs and shop on Amazon instead.

I placed a order and changed my mind instantly as I decided I did not want as many as i ordered. I submitted a ticket to cancel and it said it takes 48 hours to cancel. well 48 hours later order is still not canceled and now i was charged not only the 122.00 but a 1.12 charge as well and customer service has yet to respond.
