I ordered 4 XXL men's shirts but although tagged XXL, 3 of them were more like a women's Medium. I thought I was protected paying through Paypal but when it inevitably went to dispute after several failed attempts at direct contact, I was expected to pay the almost 40$ return fee. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS! Save yourself some money and shop somewhere else!

Stay away from this company!!! Don't take a chance read all reviews and take them serious. I didn't mind them and took a change.... so I'm stuck with a product that don't fit me and can't get a refund or choice of exchange.

I placed an order on April 22. Over a month later and no package. They’ve given me 2 different tracking number which will not even track my package!

I placed an order on April 12th and the tracking still says creating label. I have reached out twice and their response was that the shipment will be here May 3rd. Well, its May 24th and it is not here.

Basically, whatever one else is saying is 100% true. Ordered a bathing suit mid April, end of May tracking is saying it’s still not bed received by fedex. I contacted support via chat and email, no response that made sense kept getting run around. They suck!!!

It has been over a month since i ordered a swim suit for a beach trip, and it still hasnt even been sent to fedex to be shipped yet. Its still processing. That is absolutely ridiculous. Ive read other reviews now of people waiting months for their items or never recieving them at all. I wish i would have read the reviews first.

They took my money over a month a half ago. Never shipped my order response from them is they are checking into it. They create a shipping label and don’t ship the order. I was even told to check with FedEx who said the label was created but no call to pick up order to ship out. That is a great way to make me waste my time Researching on something They know they did NOT ship. Now I have to wait longer for a sales team to get with me on what to do. Give me my money back!!!

Ordered a month ago. Tracking hasn’t changed like others mentioned. All it says was a label was created. When I punch the tracking number into USPS it says that it’s waiting the package from the company meaning they haven’t shipped it out. Kept contacting them and I’ll get the same reply, where I noticed the message didn’t address anything I was asking and all of the replies were similar but different wording. That told me they were automatic replies or copy paste replies. Each e-mail told me to contact my local postal office first. If you haven’t shipped the package then what is contacting my local postal office going to do? Then they addressed external factors such as the weather. So the weather is pushing back my package for a month? Anyways USPS usually updates the tracking information when significant things are delaying a package. That wasn’t the case. Best part was when they started giving me fake updated tracking information about the parcel being cleared and at the airport when the tracking information with USPS still says they haven’t received it... hm. When I called them out on that, that’s when they started acting like now it’s lost in mail and that I have to wait 2 to 3 months for it to resurface to do something about. That an “investigation” was opened. How are you going to investigate a package that was never shipped, beats me. Guess they think their customers were born yesterday. Now that I found these reviews which I wish I have before I ordered, the BS from them is getting even worse. If they are short handed or something is going on with them during the pandemic with their company they need to be honest with their customers. Not take their money and never intend to give them the product. Going to end up being sued for fraudulent sales. There is customer protection laws.

Ordered a dress on 4/23 for Mother's Day. Requested 7-10 day shipping and paid for all of the above (it was on the original receipt). Received a tracking number and continued to check until 5/10. At this time, contacted customer service, who stated that the product was in the US and was awaiting pickup at the airport but that we had requested standard shipping which was 20-30 days (and the online receipt was changed, so original record was no longer available). On 5/17, I involved some outside help from my father, who contacted FedEx and they stated that they needed the pickup tracking number. We spoke with customer service who requested that I enter a ticket in order to get the pickup tracking number. Emphatically, we asked the customer service representative to enter the ticket, since this is not something that you should ever ask your customer to do since it is not really their purpose. Still a week later, nothing received. New tracking number states that it has now been picked up on 5/22. So, now even their standard shipping is missing the mark. Beyond unhappy with this situation. In the business world, there should never be a customer service department who cannot help their customer. Why would you ever require your customer to make contact with another group soley by creating an online ticket? Whomever created this business model, should have been fired on the spot since it conveys their total lack of commitment to their customer. They have lost many customers given the reviews that I have been reading, and this one is also lost to them. If the product does not show up within the next week, I will have to go through the bank to recoup my money.

TERRIBLE - WRONG DRESS- NO MONEY RETURN - NO RETURN ADDRESS PROVIDED 33 EMAILS LATER - BEST OPTION OFFERED 10% of £200 DRESS. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE AVOID THIS LILY GOWN/DRESS LILY/VED DRESS or ANY OTHER NAME IT WILL CHANGE TO! Hi guys. I have ordered a wonderful wedding dress, with big hopes for it. I received it approximately a month over the promised date, which wouldn't be so bad as I understand postal transfer issues etc. Unfortunately the dress does not fit it as it should, even though I purposely ordered it a size bigger in order to ensure that if required it can be fitted in and avoid any chance of returning it. However upon trying on the dress, i could barely get into it and cannot zip it up at all (appropriately 10 cm gap). I assure you that I have not gained weight or provided the measurements wrong, as had them checked number of times by myself and a friend. Furthermore I even lost 2 kg of my initial weight since ordering the dress. Thus, wrote a nice email to Lily gown asking to return due to size issues, and to be honest have had number of emails of nothing but trouble since, being accused of providing the wrong measurements. Please note, all I want is just to return the dress and have no intent of messing around with the supplier as that has never been my intent. I genuinely dont believe i will be able to return the dress or will receive any refund as Lilly has done nothing but been very unhelpful and accusing in her emails to me. I am now stuck with a dress that is too small for me. I normally never write a bad review however I do not think I am treated fair. I would never ever recommend Lilly Gown to anybody planning of buying a dress from them, think twice before ordering! Poor service, unhelpful staff and unpleasant treatment of customers! Furthermore this has put me off of ever ordering any dress online. Lilly, hope this review really makes you rethink of how you treat your customers and the service you provide. I will get another dress, and even if I lose the money it won't impact my big day too much on the big scale, however as a business owner you must take responsibility of your actions and if this is how you treat your customers normally, you should perhaps reconsider of how you deliver.

If I could give no stars i would. I order a bathing suit a month ago and they keep tell me it's been shipped but everyone they claim they used says they never got my order. I've tried to cancel and get my money back and I'm still getting the run around. I would never use this place again all I'm asking for is a refund and to cancel my order. They have pretty still but if they act like this I'll use something else.

Placed an order on April 21st. They took the money Immediately and it has now been almost a month with little movement. Support told me that they have until June 21st to deliver... 🤦‍♀️ Flat rate shipping is 7-25 days not over 60. It's ridiculous. I highly recommend NOT purchasing from this company.

My experience is pretty much the same as everyone else’s. I ordered a swim suit, received an email saying it was shipped, but two weeks later there is zero movement in my package. The tracking info just says the label was created. I have not gotten a response to my request. Worst shopping experience EVER!!

Mi experiencia para con esta web está resultando ser nefasta. El día 13 de Enero de 2020, efectué un pedido de 4 artículos de los cuales, 2 de ellos eran: un bikini de mujer y otro de niña; ambos a conjunto, con objeto de regalárselo a mi cuñada y sobrina, para que fuesen a juego, como madre e hija, a la playa, llevando el mismo diseño, pero en diferente talla. El día 20 de Enero de 2020, llega mi pedido y, cuál es mi sorpresa cuando, al abrir el paquete del bikini de mujer, descubro que la parte de arriba es la talla S (que, efectivamente, era la que había encargado), en tanto que la de abajo es la XL, con lo cual, me es imposible regalárselo a mi cuñada porque ella lleva la talla pequeña y tampoco podría aprovecharlo ninguna otra persona más gordita como mi madre, puesto que las tallas están mezcladas y hay un salto de 4 tallas entre el top y la braguita. Para colmo, el de niña, que sí que me lo incluyen en la talla solicitada, se me queda "cojo", porque la gracia era regalar el set completo madre e hija, no sólo el de la niña, por lo que decido esperar a que me reenvíen el de adulta en la talla correcta. Para reenviármelo de nuevo, me chantajean y me dicen que, por supuesto lo harán, pero que antes escriba un post completo en mi blog, que me haga eco de ellos a través de todas mis RRSS y que, para colmo, suba reviews de los otros 3 items a su web con la máxima puntuación posible y hablando maravillas de estos. Yo, como es lógico, para no perder el bikini, claudico y hago todo lo que me piden... Saco fotos de calidad de los productos, etc. dedico tiempo a redactar todo bien en español e inglés... Después de hacer todo correctamente y esperar 10 días, el 1 de Febrero me confirman que me lo van a enviar, pero "casualmente" ese día se van de vacaciones. Sigo esperando, esperando... les escribo a medidados de febrero sin obtener respuesta alguna.... Y, no es hasta el 10 de Marzo hasta que no me contestan, alegano que me lo acaban e enviar, excusándose en que se han retrasado por culpa del corona virus. Nuevamente, me exigen que les haga más publicidad y yo les explico que, hasta que no lo reciba, no compartiré más opiniones favorables hacia su web. Supuestamente, desde el 11 de Marzo, ese paquete está extraviado... Les escribo a mediados de Abril a ver si saben algo y nada... Llamo mil veces a Correos y tampoco. No es hasta el 12 de Mayo (casi dos meses después) cuando me ofrecen reenviármelo una 3ª vez, pero resulta que esta oferta no es real porque el bikini está agotado y ya no se fabrica con lo que no lo van a volver a tener en stock y además, tampoco devuelven el dinero. Conclusión: después de 4 meses de espera por él, a día de hoy, no tengo nada, ni previsión de conseguir otro. He perdido, no sólo 1 bikini, sino 2, porque el de niña sin el de su madre, no tiene sentido y además, después de tantos meses, esperando por el de la madre para regalar los dos juntos como lote, la niña a crecido y tampoco le vale el suyo. He perdido 16.11 $ + 11.80 $ = 27.91 $ a lo tonto. NUNCA MÁS
