“Do not use this company, I bought a proflight orbit from them. delivery was quick but upon flying the drone I realised the camera was faulty. I sent them a video of the camera issue, to which they replied there was nothing wrong with the camera as it worked. The camera did work but it filmed in nearly black and white, the colour was awful. they are now saying if I keep the item they will refund me £10 and they won't accept a refund if the drone has been used, I had to use the drone to find there was a issue! I have emailed them to say I'm returning the drone, but I keep getting the same answer and it's impossible to get hold of them via phone.”
“They took our payment promising delivery 3 days later, then email to say out of stock, gave new date 7 days later, then email again to say out of stock, new delivery date is now 3 weeks away, they have our money we have only broken promises. Cancelled the order”
“Bad from start to finish. Placed order and given delivery date. This date passed, no order arrived. So I emailed them. They replied saying the item is currently out of stock, giving me a date when the item is due in. This date passed, no order arrived. I contacted them again. They gave me another expected delivery date...over a week away.
Today, the day the item was due they sent an email saying the item was still out of stock and suppliers are no longer stocking the item!”
“For what was supposed to be a simple purchase, turned into a complete nightmare.
First of all, its a dreadful website to use and I ended up with two finance applications, they then delayed the order.
I placed another order which didn't arrive.
I've spend hours on the phone being told something different by each person I speak with. Some of the staff are rude and clearly hate their jobs. It's always 5 days to get something done. The list goes on.
To make things even worse, their courier took pictures on my "NAKED" three year old at our front door and claim this is proof of delivery.
I've still got no package and they are happily sitting on my money. A complete joke!”
“Sent me a drone described as A2, some cosmetic damage, turned out to have a massive crack. Trying to return it but they just ignore emails and hang up on you when you call.”

“Avoid. These guys are utter crooks and aftercare non existent. Bought a Xiami 365 pro from them that broke six weeks later. Xiami won't honour warranty as say they arent official dealer, they don't answer phone - AT ALL and then on email have no interest in honouring either warranty or Article 50 of TEU EU legislation that gives consumers two years to return faulty electrical goods. Now have to go through lengthy chargeback process with bank. Avoid them.”
