“Love my prescription cream, been using consistently for a good amount of time, my pigmentation has reduced its showing a bit of redness/spider veins around nose/cheeks, which I'm treating with laser. I scored 1 star less as I'd prefer if the bottle was clear, so I could see when it's running out, to get my next cream ordered. I used to get reminder emails but they've stopped. Packaging box could be smaller to fit through the letterbox and not require a signature, as I'm not always home and live alone, which means I have to wait longer again for deliveries. Would be really useful if I could use up all of my alloted account points when buying, as the online system only allows one voucher at a time, it would be much better if I could use them all to reduce the price. Even if the price is lower, still need to pay postage anyway.”

“Really brilliant products. I can't speak highly enough of the excellent customer service and ongoing personalised support I have recieved since purchasing prescription skin care. I have used the full Basically Brilliant range since Christmas and see no reason to ever change. I have just recently began using the prescription cream and can already see a difference in my skin. Super easy to order and I feel well supported by a lovely team of people.”

“I am really feeling the benefits of the Dr Storm tretonin prescription on my skin. I have tried to increase the strength but my skin doesn't like it - happy to stay on 0.025%. I must say the whole range is great, but my faviourite is the night cream.”

“Hello yes it’s all going good some drying around the mouth! I waxed my eyebrows today and that was a bad choice! But apart from that all going good”

Hi Jenna, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Some helpful hacks for dryness around the mouth are: 1. Apply an ointment based moisturiser BEFORE and AFTER your prescription skincare 2. Reduce frequency slightly-skip one night and build up to nightly 3. Only cleanse x1 per day 4. Ride it out, it should settle for you as your skin becomes accustomed to the ingredients Yes, unfortunately in the beginning stages of using the high strength ingredients in your cream, waxing can cause the skin to lift slightly. We recommend opting for plucking or threading during this time or stopping for 2-3 nights prior before your appointment. If you have had a little bit of lifting, applying plenty of our night moisturiser to promote healing and leave your cream of this area until healed. “I started on the prescription cream last July & was pleased with the results, so I decided to increase my prescription in October but it didn’t agree with my skin, so now I’m back on the original prescription so hopefully it agrees with my skin again”

“I purchased the DR Storm bundle to use with my personal skincare. The cleanser removes all make-up with ease and does not dry out my skin. I particularly love the night time cream which glides onto the skin. You only need a small amount of each product which makes it excellent value for money.”
