“I still haven't received my 'personalised' skincare and have not gotten any proposed delivery date or current status update. The previous cream had a poor shelflife, approx. 2 weeks.”

I am so sorry to hear that your cream hasn't arrived, please always feel like you can reach out to us for an update via team@drstorm.co.uk so that we can look into this for you and give you an immediate update, we want to hear from you so we can get things sorted straight away. I am currently investigating a system error with your cream/order and I have asked one of our nurses to give you a call so that your cream can be processed today. Please accept our sincere apologies about this anomaly. I have added 200 points to your account and refunded your postage as a gesture of goodwill. With regards to the shelf life, all of our creams are made fresh for you in our lab and are in an airtight container. The quality of the cream remains at the highest standard for the duration of the time it takes you to use it. This should be 2-3 months with nightly use. “I didn't have a review but I recently bought the cleaner. The cleanser doesn't take off my mascara and it stings my eyes.”

Sorry to hear you are disappointed with the cleanser. We find if you use plenty of water with the cleanser it should remove your make up.
