Staff at clinic excellent I had BBL which l found excruciating.I have had Morpheus before and while it was uncomfortable It was bearable ..I'm now reconsidering going for my second session because of pain .Also l have heard both procedures can result in fat loss As a mature lady this is totally something l would not be after .I use Dr Storm products and prescriptions tretition and very happy with those but wanted to move up a stage..Very confused.

As time when on after my 2 weeks botox. I still had movement on my forward which I wasn't happy with. But it wouldn't put me off going back.

Product itself is great but getting it is a nightmare. Significant delays on my two orders having to follow up querying it both times. Hoped this would be better not have an EU base but unfortunately not. Contacted Dr storm team two days ago and still no reply

I have used all of my tret and don’t see any difference I realise it will take longer but I’m not sure if I am going to continue. I didn’t apply to the eye area however my eyes got extremely dry. I did like the daily moisturiser and quite like the night time one they are affordable. The cleanser is lovely to use but it did not remove my eyeliner and mascara very well.

Hi Ciara, thanks for your feedback. It takes 3-6 months to see any noticeable difference in your skin using tretinoin. We are working on a separate product to take off eye make up as this complaint has been noted. Thanks for your time.

Hi Jude. I got tretinoin and that’s what I wanted having followed you on Instagram for approx 6 months. I suppose I’m quite disappointed by the consultation I had. The nurse who phoned was perfectly polite and I’m sure knowledgable but showed little interest in my skin. How can you prescribe without seeing even a photo of my skin? As I said I got what I wanted. She suggested putting hydrocortisone in my script. I said I didn’t want to apply this daily to my skin. Instead of investigating my concerns she immediately said she wouldn’t do it either having worked in Dermatology. When asking about my previous skincare she told me she didn’t like it (Environ), didn’t explore why I was stoping it or thinking of changing. So ultimately I feel I prescribed my own skincare. As a fellow Dr I do this every day so it’s no big drama but your team don’t even know that because they didn’t ask. Just a little feedback for you that’s all. Don’t particularly want to rate Dr Storm but have to tick the box. I can’t comment on Dr Storm, just my initial consultation.

Hi Claire, I'm so sorry to hear this and apologies in the delay in responding to this comment. You should have been asked to send photos of your skin as part of the consultation. I will be investigating this. There is no evidence the small amounts of hydrocortisone we add to our creams to treat pigmentation damages the skin in any way and the reason we add it helps with the depigmenting action of the cream and to minimise irritation. I would love to have a chat with you about this and will try to call you to discuss. Dr Jude

I booked an appointment which I thought was through Teams which is similar to a zoom meeting. Instead I got a phone call. I thought the nurse was wanting to view my skin while online but I was wrong. She explained clearly how and when I should use Tretinoin cream and explained that it would take 7 - 10 days to be delivered. The appointment was on a Friday morning so I was surprised when it arrived on the Tuesday. She also stated that there would be a use by date on the tube of cream, which was 14th June 2023 but I was to ignore this. I was so relieved she did because I thought it wouldn’t stay in date before I had finished using it. The nurse was very informative with great knowledge of the product and very professional.

All creams are made bespoke for you following your call. Sometimes they can arrive later (between 7-10 days) and other times they arrive sooner, we are delighted that yours arrived to you sooner than expected.
