“Love the products but thr price point has really increased on the night moisturiser in particular. Expensive when also paying for treatments& tret”

“Lovely products at a good price. Posting is a bit expensive so I try to ‘bulk’ to save on repeated postage costs.”

“Love my prescription cream, been using consistently for a good amount of time, my pigmentation has reduced its showing a bit of redness/spider veins around nose/cheeks, which I'm treating with laser. I scored 1 star less as I'd prefer if the bottle was clear, so I could see when it's running out, to get my next cream ordered. I used to get reminder emails but they've stopped. Packaging box could be smaller to fit through the letterbox and not require a signature, as I'm not always home and live alone, which means I have to wait longer again for deliveries. Would be really useful if I could use up all of my alloted account points when buying, as the online system only allows one voucher at a time, it would be much better if I could use them all to reduce the price. Even if the price is lower, still need to pay postage anyway.”

“Continue to use dr.storm regime. Tretinoin 0.025% , 1 pump at night, having applied night cream before and after as advised, remain conscious of broken veins as a result of past damage to skin which seem more obvious having used tretinoin. Applying factor 50 everyday, will purchase the new Dr storm SPF”

Hi Kate, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and leave a review. I am so sorry to hear that you remain conscious of broken veins, unfortunately whilst tretinoin is amazing for acne, wrinkles, skin texture and brightness it works by increasing the cell turnover of the skin and can remove and sun damage / age spots etc this means that you may 'notice' your broken veins more as there is less pigmentation covering them up. Tretinoin will not make them worse/add to this however. Get in touch with us via email and we can help you with broken veins treatment as this is something we offer in our clinic at Array Aesthetics. “Hi Judith, I ordered tretinoin, the night moisturiser, cleanser and day moisturiser. I only use the tretinoin 1-2 times per week as it was making my skin very dry. I no longer use the night moisturiser as it was getting in my hair and making my hair very greasy. It was also very difficult to get the residue out of my hair. Sometimes it took two washes. I tried to keep the night moisturiser away from my hair line but it was still getting on my pillow and then into my hair. I will continue to use tretinoin 1-2 times per week. Many thanks.”

Thanks for your feedback Amy. Keep going with the tretinoin, it can take time for your skin to tolerate it but you will get there. You could try our day moisturiser at night too if you don't like the feel of the night moisturiser. Jude x

“I have been using prescription skincare from Dr Storm for almost 6 months now and have noticed a huge improvement in my skin, this product really works and has massively reduced my pigmentation, as well as improved the texture and luminosity of my skin. I will never look back, it honestly is so simple to use and noticibly improves my skin. The team at Dr Storm are lovely, helpful and respond quickly to queries. The only thing I would like to see improved is the delivery communication/times. I placed an order for the lash serum, and it was 9 days before I got an email letting me know it had been shipped. I emailed to ask for an update and they came straight back to me to let me know that it had been held in customs and they had issued a refund. It would be great if they could initiate more communication about the delivery times and also manage expectations around long delivery times better. It wouldn't stop me ordering from them again, but just be prepared to wait a while for your product to arrive.”

“Hi, I had Michelle for my phone consultation - who was lovely. I sent a photo of my face in advance of the phone call which I actually think should be a requirement as, if nothing else, helps give reassurance that the prescription is being tailored to specific needs. Zoom would be a good option too, I know that is offered if requested. My product arrived very quickly, thank you. I’m not having any side effects - slight redness on the first evening. Overall, good service - if there was one thing, I would consider ways of making it feel more bespoke.”
