“USPS was evidently having a hard time delivering order, wrote to CS and they kept eye on order and when USPS hadn’t deliver within next two days they sent replacement. No hassle or haggles.”

“Their customer service is very good and they fix any issues or changes to the automatic shipments if required. I wanted to change a supplement to something else that would be more appropriate for me and it was not a problem to get it adjusted and their shipping is fine and I like the free shipping.”

“I buy at Costco. Decent price..largest size. Great expiration dates. Multi and Vit C great so far. I buy a dozen bottles at a time. As long as they agree with my gut I’m all in!!”

“I've been a satisfied Dr Vita/Natures Lab customer for about 5years and found the gal in the main office to be a great help even when I repeatedly mistakenly punched into her number instead of the order line number.I've only had two problems to which they made right. 1)they had a problem in shipping and double shipped 14 "six daily" instead of 7 so they gave me a discount on the extra 7 and made special arrangements to pay for them.2)earlier this year I saw they stopped Buy so many/Get so many and went to single price $40 a bottle so I gmailed a complaint about how so many companies were raising prices to where us below poverty level and etc people were trying to figure out what we could still buy. Well,they went back to B.S.M./G.S.M. AND lowered their price. Great company,Great people,Great products,Great pricing,Great service, FIVE STARS "ACROSS THE BOARD". Please,for them and us,keep these people in business.I have and will recommend them to the people in my life and also now here.”
