“This company is a total fraud. The place we had rented was not available and they tried to put us elsewhere. When we entered the home, there were dead cockroaches everywhere, broken furniture, and a pool filled with green water and patio furniture. When we asked for a refund, none was given. After months of promises we never received any money and then verbal threats began when we threatened legal action. Being from out of country we were unable to pursue legal action leaving us out thousands of dollars. Avoid at all cost!”
“The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. A replaced was not found until later on the next day. Staff and directors were unpleasant to deal with and refused to uphold everything offered in the original advert and made up feel stupid for expecting them to do so.
The whole experience was very unpleasant from start to finish and a refund took weeks and multiple emails to come through even after it was agreed upon by both us and them.”
