Ordered two radiators through a supplier. Only one arrived. Both were dispatched from supplier at the same time. How on god's earth can a two part order be split up during transit..?! Especially two heavy radiators 1800 x 600 in size.! This is not the first time I have had issues with this courier company. Any potential suppliers need to be aware of this as it reflects on their own service, to a degree where by I probably won't use this particular supplier again. It's not the suppliers fault at all, but personally cannot have work held up due undelivered items.

Useless lazy people. My delivery was due today, I am home but I wont open door unless you knock or use the ring doorbell!!!!! Driver got out of his van walked around his took pic of my house and left. I evenwent outside and said do you need me? He ignored and left!!!!!!

Once more my delivery didn't arrive on the said day and I took time off work. The tracking stopped with no explanation. Another wasted day. At least this time I didn't get any lies saying delivery was attempted. If I knew DX Express were the carriers I wouldn't have bought the item.

Lied about attempting fo deliver. Had booked off the afternoon as well. Online chat is useless. Have to arrange a redelivery myself, which means booking more time off. Absolute joke

Absolutely disgraceful company from the get go. My mother could’ve delivered 7 babies before they delivered my parcel. Delivery was 1 week late in fact it actaully wasn’t even delivered, I had to drive 66miles to the airport to collect my parcel. Customer service was also a joke rang them and had to ring about 7 different numbers they gave me before I got an answer and still never got no information so I took it upon my self to drive to collect my parcel. Tracking updates say “they tried to deliver my parcel” 6 days in a row but I still had to go collect it myself Absolute scumbag of a company

Delivered on time, however driver had an attitude when i said you only need to press the buzzer once. He was so rude i couldn't believe it!

Tracking showing out for delivery today which was Saturday and I had to stay at home whole day because I didn’t want to miss the delivery. It’s a car battery and I am stuck without my car. It’s Sunday today 11.30am. Item still showing out for delivery. It is very frustrating. Worst delivery company in uk

Supposedly tried to deliver Wednesday at 7.13 am,we were at home and nobody showed up on ring cam.The delivery was actually changed to Friday as other plans for that day .On going out that day I found one of the 2 expected parcels dumped in the entrance to our block of 20 maisonettes,just left there for anyone to take,parcel damaged and things spilled out on the ground.E mail sent to us from supplier saying they were unable to deliver!! Today expected delivery time 8 .38 - 10.38 ,nobody came so checked entrance to building and again dumped there.Disgusting service

DIABOLICAL LIARS DONT USE THEY DONT DELIVER AND LIE ABOUT UNABLE TO ACCESS A REALLY EASY ACCESS ADDRESS WHICH HAS 24hours SECURITY CAMERAS AND YOU GUESSED IT - THEY MUST BE INVISIBLE!

Told delivery one day waited in never arrived The next day email said out for delivery never arrive message from DX saying they'd missed us and left us a card. THEY HAD NOT been or left a card we were in and my ring doorbell would tell me if someone was at my front door. They now say they'll deliver next day. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Ii would never use DX .

I have had two deliveries parcels sent using Dx , every day they send meva time slot and then it does not arrive and then the next day they send me another time slot and it does nt arrive , this goes on for 3 or 4 days totally rubbish coutier dont use them

Been waiting a week now for a delivery and since the item, a rather expensive bike rack, arrived at their depot it has not moved. I contacted them Friday and was told an agent would be calling me straight back. Have contacted them again and given the same response, so much so that I think their Live Chat is actually an AI tool. And to compound matter I have now been disconnected twice by their chat system - and their call centre appears unmanned. Awful company. Zero Stars and zero bike rack!

I was requested to post and submit government documents through the DX parcel system. On posting, I received a tracking number that the system did not recognize. On calling customer service I discovered they've discontinued their call center in favor of a live chat. Opening the chat no operators were available for over an hour. I still have not been able to get through to anyone who works at DX customer service. Their customer support is non-existent.

I ordered a weight lifting bar from Amazon from MK and when it arrived the driver stated to my wife "those numpties haven't packed it right, they have missed off the protective end caps"! He then pushed the bar Tommy wife who dragged it into the hallway. It was only then we noticed the package was smeared with sticky oily substance that smeared along our cream carpet. I contacted the seller who then spent over a month continually telling me they were liaising with DX and apologising for delays. We bought some Dr Beckman carpet cleaner which helped. We then borrowed a Vax cleaner from our friends and just needed to buy the detergent. So after several attempts and products and effort we have got it pretty clean. I sent all photos, CCTV of the product being delivered and today I have had another reply stating DX want me to get an estimate for my carpet cleaning?! Erm, we told you we cleaned it! Do you really think we would leave greasy oil on our hallway carpet for over a month?! Dreadful response, no decency whatsoever, it cannot be proven who was at fault but it's a safe bet that the oily substance was in the DX vehicle. Will refuse to deal with any company who

Absolutely awful company! No delivery window so have to wait all day long. I'm now on my 3rd attempt to receive my item - 1st time the box was so badly damaged (despite being labelled fragile) the item was damaged so had to be returned, 2nd time the box was sopping wet and open with half the contents missing so again had to be returned. Third time lucky? I hope so as I can't keep losing a day due to waiting at home not knowing what time to expect my delivery

This by far the worst delivery company I have ever set my eyes on. From the rude abrupt delivery driver to the Deport people in particular a guy called Lawrence based in South London. If I could award zero stars I would. Absolutely vile members of staff, who have no communication skills and are a disservice to the company. The delivery driver claims he got into the building which is unlikely if I did not buzz him in, he then said he was outside knocking, I asked him to wait till I called my friend. A few seconds later when I called him to say she is at the door he claims he had already left. I asked him to knock again he had left, I asked him for his name and he refused. He said I would get an email. I then called up and was passed to 7 different teams until I spoke to Lawrence in South London. The rudest of the bunch, when I tried to ask for a complaints process he told me he would not book a redelivery and screamed byeeeee and hung up. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. THESE PEOPLE ARE A ZERO.

Received an email first thing this morning at 08:43 hrs saying “Out for delivery today Damian will deliver your item from EJ Oxford (3505) TODAY between 8am and 6pm” I then received another email at 16:25 hrs saying “Sorry we missed you We tried to deliver your item from EJ Oxford (3505) today 11 November 2023 Please tell us when we should next try to deliver your item:” NOBODY came or attempted to deliver my item. They wasted my entire day and ruined my plans as I needed to be home to sign for it. On top of that they lied about it to say that they attempted to deliver when they didn’t. I double checked through my ring doorbell and cameras. I’m extremely frustrated and angry and have now had to rebook it for Monday, which means that I have to now work from home when I planned to go into the office! What a terrible useless company! Avoid at all costs and Ernest Jones need to use a different courier as this ruins their reputation

Told parcel would be delivered on a Friday between 1422 and 1622. Wasn't. Tracking featured didn't update. Office phone not answered. Live chat not working. Will never buy from a company using these amateurs ever again. Where the parcel is now who knows? One way or another though I will get my money back - I paid for that parcel with my blood and sweat labouring like a man who really can't afford to throw money away. Shame on you DX.

5 times I waited for delivery for an item and 5 times got message to say that I wasn't there to take item and left cards. I was home all the time, being disabled I needed my item to get out of the house. I haven't been to go out because it wasn't delivered, no cards were left because they DID NOT COME. I SO WISH I COULD LEAVE A 0 REVIEW
