“I paid for a wireless headphone, they sent the (much less expensive) wired version. Some parts were missing. It was supposed to be refurbished, but obviously was just used. I called to arrange a return and no one answered. Eventually did get a response to an email request for return. Overall, a terrible experience.”

“I ordered a refurbished Razer Orochi V2 Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse and used it last night in a FPS game. The mouse worked flawlessly, better than the wired mouse I was previously using. It fit my large hand perfectly, as I use fingertip position. E Sport kept me notified of the process of the order through delivery. This was a great experience all around; I will look to E Sport for my next electronic purchase!”

“I had never heard of this before but the price was too good not to try it, especially given the return guarantee. I ordered a Razer 65% Hyperspeed keyboard which is normally $180, but here was around $100. If it was used or refurbished I could not tell, came in original packaging and looked new. The only way I could tell it was used before was the J and K keycaps were switched (easy 20 second fix to switch them back for anyone) so I’m assuming it was taken apart and cleaned. It was cleaned so well I would never have known if those two key caps weren’t accidentally switched. I will certainly shop at E Sport Certified for PC needs going forward.”
“I was hoping still series made an awesome controller that could work with Android and Xbox cloud however I stand completely corrected. I've done extensive research on four different Android controllers, and the real truth you can connect it Bluetooth to an Android unit you can even get on cloud and you can move a few things so the controller does somewhat respond. But other factions like movements and so on so forth are troublesome. I'm not sure at this moment who's to blame if it's still series for the faulty controller or the game developers of all the games on the Android market. Good news is via cable I can use it on a PC for cloud games even via USB having it wireless I can still also connect it to my PC as well as it responds on an Xbox One so it does have some other uses however I'm disappointed because my purpose was the PC cloud and Android mobile gaming. The company esports isn't bad business was good shipping was quick however I'm not satisfied with the product benefits. Thank you though at least.”
