“I have been a loyal Customer for years thanks to the product range and brands I am not able to have shipped to my country from anywhere else. But: the Customer service has sucked from A to Z. They rarely have products in stock. If you order more than one product and they don't have all products (that means 90% of the orders), they easily wait 3 weeks to ship the entire order. They contact you regarding almost every order, and you'll have to spend time emailing CS back and forth before they understand you. If they mistakingly give you an automated discount you never asked for in the first place, any other firm will let that pass as it is not the Custumers fault. Echemist will come after you and have you pay for their mistake (in addition to taking up your time again). They also refuse to ship perfume and other Foods overseas, you are of course not informed until the last step of the ordering process. The site takes ages to load, often has to start over during payment process. And yes, as other here have mentioned, the free shipping is not free before your order is £20.”
