“Be careful with this company! The products are bad and the clothing comes all squeeze into a small bag to save their money in shipping. The clothes come from India and when I opened the package, a very bad stench erupted causing me to get sick from the bad smell coming from the fabrics inside that package! I tried calling and emailing this company over a week and have not been able to reach anyone to fix this. Just now, I tried calling again and got through to a representative but was hung up on by her. I called again and spoke to another person named Uzma, but she was difficult to speak with saying that they don't cover bad smells and that I will not get a full refund and I am stuck paying for shipping and won't be refunded the return shipping either. She then said to take a picture of the problem. Well, how do you take a picture of a very bad smell??? She couldn't answer and said again to take a picture of the problem. Someone tell me how to do that??? It's a bad stench so I'm seriously confused on how to take a picture of a bad smell??? I'm very, very disappointed about this company and how I've been treated and how uncooperative they are in fixing this problem. It's my first time buying but definitely will be my very last time due to their very bad customer service and their refusal to refund my cost! I say stay away from them ! Definitely will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!”
