“Perfect really, I had a PC storage disaster and they had the obscure equipment I needed and it was delivered next day as promised even though I didn't make contact with them until gone 3pm. Would I use again, yes indeed I would.”

“Eastwood Sound & Vision dealt with my sale my very quickly and professionally and the goods were with me by the next day. The only downside seems to be that if you purchase anything below £99.00 (inclusive of VAT, then you incur the full delivery charge (£12.00) which on some items is a large percentage of the cost.”

“It was easy to order, easy to be delivered, the next few days! The price was cheap enough for the mic but only one drawback, I did not know that I had to pay more for delivery, including tax and delivery, but it was worth it because the product was delivered quickly. I did not have to wait at home for the delivery because I was given the one hour window time delivery time, that was wonderful!”

“Until I asked for the items (some uncommon Sennhieser adapters) Eastwood did not stock them. When I asked they were very helpful, and the usual high level if good advice, and now stock them. That is good service! As usual items promptly delivered.”

“Good communication. There was a slight delay with the code coming through but I put this down to the transaction being done over the weekend - I was kept fully informed whilst Eastwood addressed the issue. The only disappointment is that Eastwood tell me they are no longer doing single WAVES plugins, only bundles.”

“Ordered some waves plugins. There was a glitch in getting the authorisation codes from waves but I was kept informed at all stages, and it actually only took a day. Would recommend and will use again.”

“Lots of great communication over a complex (for me) order and never once felt neglected or that I was just a "revenue stream". Richard is very hands on and always available to talk through any situations or difficulties I might have had, always coming up with viable solutions. All in all a very good, personal service with very competitive prices. I am happy to recommend.”
