“I ordered 2 bathroom cabinets and unfortunately one was delivered with scratched mirror in several places!
Being pressed with time with our fitter’s availability, the cabinet got installed before I had the chance to report the scratches to easy bathroom.
Easy bathroom customer service won’t do a thing to compensate me. I certainly won’t be recommending or buying again from them!”

Refused a return / exchange an 2 items because 32 days since delivered.
The wrong color shower (silver)screen and ceiling support arm was supplied in error when Black was ordered(400+ pounds) and is on the original invoice.
The item has never been out of its box and only prized box apart to supply them an image they requested when my plumber noticed the error easybathrooms made.
Be very carful giving these guys your hard earned money !!!”

Easy bathrooms in 2021. I used the online bathroom planning tool and visited the branch to plan my installation. I met with an in store sales
Representive who translated my online vision into a sales order, at this stage I picked up details in store
Of an installer and he was recommended by the store team. When the suite arrived we had various issues, the mirror was smashed, the shower head was the wrong shape, the shower screen was wrong and we only had 50% of the tiles! The mirror was replaced by the installer, the shower head and the screen, were not to the original design specified but I live with that. The tiles on the other hand ended up costing me a further £550 because the online bathroom planner failed to calculate the tiles on the walls! Yes these had been shown in the design plan initially but had not been included in the prices! Do not trust this feature, I recommend not using it at all. Half way though the install we found this shortfall out and it was a captive situation resulting in the suite becoming uncompetitively priced, and in my view discrediting this companies trust, they didn’t even acknowledge the mistake by offering a discount to complete on the design, instead I needed to hound the technical department for a weak apology some months later. Further issues later arose with the £200 (each) Matt black taps. Easy bathrooms acknowledged 1 tap replacement due to the coating rubbing off. I now have 2 taps with the same issue, the black coating is coming off all over them, and I am not the only customer to report this of these ‘designer Italian taps’ These taps are not fit for purpose, and you guessed it, easy bathrooms won’t replace them claiming that the warranty on these items purchased from them is with the ( recommended) installer that has since ceased trading, a very convenient policy. Overall easy bathrooms get a NIL recommendation from me. The issues we faced due to technical faults left me out of pocket and mis sold. The customer service follow up was poor and inflexible. Issues and easy bathrooms won’t help to fix it. For reference, we had the whole house gutted and re-fitted during this period and we dealt with many National and local companies, easy bathrooms have been the only company that failed to deliver what they agreed while asking for premium prices. The situation has been unresolved and developing since the install and I’ve had enough. AVOID.”
“The guarantee means nothing! I purchased a tap to go with my luxury bathroom, it only lasted a few months until the black started peeling off making my bathroom look cheap and nasty!
Contacted Easy Bathrooms and they have accused me of using abrasive products! I have full black accessories in my bathroom so I know only to use microfibre cloths. Everything else in my bathroom has kept its colour. They are not willing to accept responsibility! There was not enough coating and you can see that as the paint is so thin around the lever!
A poor and unprofessional company that has no consideration for customers let alone morality.
Do not buy from this company!”
“They left the entire bathroom suite shrinked wrapped in the middle of the road outside my property and drove off. No communication / no signature. I called and was told the small print in the contract was 'curbside'. I needed to pay extra to have them bring it into the house. Which had I been told I would have done... instead I had to ask for neighbours help to bring heavy glass / tiles / toilet into the house. The way the complaint was handled was as bad - you should have read the small print .... terrible....”
“I went in the Chippenham store for a look for a sink units and even though I was the only person in the store I was categorically ignored! No hello, no enquiry about what I might want to see - they continued chatting about how ineffectual someone was in I.t and then both sat at their desks and didn’t give me eye contact. I literally walked out of the shop a gasp! It was a Friday afternoon I obviously want just time wasting and I was taking photos and browsed all the displays for over 10 minutes. I left this review in the vain hope that the persons working at the Chippenham store are given some proper training as I can’t see that store lasting long with those two!”
“Horrible company and terrible quality of their products. Please be aware that they are deleting bad reviews from Google and Trustpilot.
We have purchased all products in April 2020 and after only two years we have noticed that black colour began to peel off from tap, shower screen (other side of the screen which does not have any contact with water) and basin waste. Only after 6 months of using, soft close toilet seat stopped working and a piece that holds shower handset no longer works properly so it takes ages to get it in the right position as otherwise handset just drops down.
Their 25 year quality guarantee is a joke.
Please choose another company and save your money.”
“I am in the middle of a nightmare. Nobody cares. I've bought two bathrooms from them and the items are allowed to be smashed and destroyed by subcontractors delivering the merchandise on overloaded pallets. So we have lost a week waiting for replacements, only to have the replacements damaged and another week or so wasted. AVOID this company, my experience is with the STOKE on TRENT Store. Nothing Easy about their after sales care. They couldn’t do enough for me when buying the bathroom in the sales. Received the goods, all ok at this point. However most importantly when it came to fitting and unboxing we found a 1x damaged Arundel CUBICO bathroom cabinet - cabinet will not stand due to damaged leg and will topple. 1x Damaged Arundel CUBICO sink cabinet with an obvious crack in the front - it has been clearly over tightened in the screw joint during manufacture. 1x shower head in the combined tap and shower unit was missing too!
When I raised the complaint with pictures of the boxes and damage to both furniture items the ‘helpful lady’ who sold the bathroom..was surprisingly not so helpful.
Replying about t&c and checking goods when received within 3 days..something that has NEVER been mentioned to us and does not STATE on the receipt. Unfortunately due to COVID 19 lockdown our fitting was delayed by over 3 months, it was suggested we had sat on the goods since delivery so they could do - Nothing! I escalated my complaint and found even more disgustingly their response was not an offer to exchange, instead Sharon had the cheek to offer replacements at a 60% discounted price!! Just a mere cost of £425!!
When you have paid thousands of pounds for a full four piece bathroom suite, radiator and wall and floor tiles this is unacceptable. Needless to say I am berefit and upset, having saved a long time to have my bathroom fitted, thinking I had chosen quality. How wrong was I?! to be treated so callously with products that are FAULTY and NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE tells me this is NOT A REPUTABLE company, they DO NOT CARE about their customers. I have decided not to give them any more of my money, I’d rather go to B&Q for replacements!
This situation has made me want to shut my bathroom door and not enter it again, it will only remind me of how I have been treated by this company.
