My first negative review in life. These guys bully you. Keep away from them. They need to change name from ‘Easy Bathrooms’ to ‘Bully Bathrooms’. After spending few thousand pounds in this shop, I regret for stepping here in the first place!! Few days ago, we ordered bathroom products and they did a mistake and not ordered a basin. When fitting bathroom , plumber noticed an item was missing. we immediately went to seek a clarification and re-order if required. When asked , staff member J immediately started blaming another staff member M for this error. But in the meantime the manager started intervening and started blaming us for not checking order in the first place. We explained it was a big order and we came straight after plumber noticed item missing. Not sure who made him a manager in the first place. His attitude , arrogance , lack of respect to customers the list goes on….. Shocked that someone can behave in most disrespectful way with customer. It’s shocking to see these guys are in business. I purchased missed product and second bathroom products from other supplier. I should have smelled the coffee when the staff were uninterested when we first went to place order few days ago. Shame I didn’t look at online reviews too before shopping, lesson learnt. I decided to post the review to standup against their BULLYING, raised a complaint with their head office. Please stay away from this business if you like to protect your dignity & self respect.

AVOID AT ALL COST. COMPANY WILL SELL YOU DAMAGED GOODS. AVOID this company, my experience is with the STOKE on TRENT Store. Nothing Easy about their after sales care. They couldn’t do enough for me when buying the bathroom in the sales. Received the goods, all ok at this point. However most importantly when it came to fitting and unboxing we found a 1x damaged Arundel CUBICO bathroom cabinet - cabinet will not stand due to damaged leg and will topple. 1x Damaged Arundel CUBICO sink cabinet with an obvious crack in the front - it has been clearly over tightened in the screw joint during manufacture. 1x shower head in the combined tap and shower unit was missing too! When I raised the complaint with pictures of the boxes and damage to both furniture items the ‘helpful lady’ who sold the bathroom..was surprisingly not so helpful. Replying about t&c and checking goods when received within 3 days..something that has NEVER been mentioned to us and does not STATE on the receipt. Unfortunately due to COVID 19 lockdown our fitting was delayed by over 3 months, it was suggested we had sat on the goods since delivery so they could do - Nothing! I escalated my complaint and found even more disgustingly their response was not an offer to exchange, instead Sharon had the cheek to offer replacements at a 60% discounted price!! Just a mere cost of £425!! When you have paid thousands of pounds for a full four piece bathroom suite, radiator and wall and floor tiles this is unacceptable. Needless to say I am berefit and upset, having saved a long time to have my bathroom fitted, thinking I had chosen quality. How wrong was I?! to be treated so callously with products that are FAULTY and NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE tells me this is NOT A REPUTABLE company, they DO NOT CARE about their customers. I have decided not to give them any more of my money, I’d rather go to B&Q for replacements! This situation has made me want to shut my bathroom door and not enter it again, it will only remind me of how I have been treated by this company. BUYER BEWARE - THIS COMPANY IS HAPPY TO PROVIDE DAMAGED ITEMS AND THEN HAS THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE YOU TO REPLACE THE FAULTY GOODS. READ THE REVIEWS ON EASY BATHROOMS- TRUSTPILOT PAGES, EVERY SINGLE PAGE HAS A COMPLAINT SIMILAR TO MINE, YOU WILL BE SHOCKED!! Save your money find a reputable provider who will look after you and cares! AVOID AVOID AVOID Easy Bathrooms particularly the STOKE ON TRENT EASY BATHROOM STORE. Nothing is easy when you are dealing with cowboys. ALSO, CHECK OUT their guarantee, any little loophole they have to get them off, they are using it for unwitting buyers. Funny how checking ALL your goods on delivery and registering your guarantee are not mentioned at point of sale...easy get out..for Easy Bathrooms! BUYER BEWARE.

If you are reading this then you are either thinking of buying a bathroom suite of Easy Bathrooms or you have already done so. Our experience of this is as follows, we paid over £5000 pounds on a suit from EASY Bathrooms of Derby, all seemed ok, the staff smiling and very helpful paid for the suit upfront and booked one of there fitters in to fit the suit. The suit was installed, expertly by the fitter, upon completion we noticed that both of the twin sinks were damaged. We contacted Easy Bathrooms of Ascot Drive Derby and informed them of the damage, this is where everything CHANGES. Having been promised several times that somebody from head office would be in touch NOTHING!!. After several weeks we resorted to getting in touch with Citizens Advise and sent a letter of complaint to the head office. After several emails, we were informed that Easy Bathrooms would not help us with the sinks !!!,. So after spending a lot of money with them, they completely denied any responsibility, if you are thinking of buying any bathroom fitments from this company Please check every item that is delivered to your property before it is installed. You Have Been Warned.

Shocking after care service. Having ordered and collected bath through an Easy Bathrooms showroom I discovered on unpacking bath at home that it had an area of significant damage which was beneath protective film packaging that covers the entire bath. On returning to the store to explain the issue the staff seemed disinterested and informed that I would have to email photos to them which they would then forward to their head office. They also informed that they had no ability to speak to head office to escalate situation. I’ve now been informed by their technical department that it’s an “impact damage” and will not replace bath. Probably the worse customer and retail service I’ve had the misfortune to experience . Im now taking Easy Bathrooms to the small claims court and would advice all consumers to steer clear of a firm which puts its customers last. I also intend to bring the bath tub back to the store at weekends to share my Easy Bathrooms experience with all potential customers .

The ironically named "Easy Bathrooms" Exeter store would get zero if it were possible. Gave dimensions of the areas; had almost 8 full boxes of tiles left over?? Then they wouldn't take them back even though they were full, unopened and in pristine condition. Understandably, you have to ensure the tiles are boxed (the one's I wanted to return were boxed, unopened etc; even sent pictures to the again ironically named "customer services")... But yet they can sell them to you any old how - some boxed, some held together with sellotape, others just loose. I had to ask for some sort of packaging material to pack them myself for transport?! Apparently, this wasn't obvious to the staff working there. Initially because of the repeated messing about and mistakes, I was offered a refund! Yay!... But this soon changed to being offered store credit - what for exactly? There's never any stock of anything. Ordering takes a WEEK!? But only if they don't mess it up - then it takes way longer. When I bought the tiles there was no standard grey adhesive - I mean, basic stuff. How can a tile store have no standard adhesive? There wasn't anywhere near enough grout on the shelves either, and none in the colour I wanted. There were no trims of the correct size etc etc etc. But of course all this took several fruitless visits to the store which is a 37 mile round trip, plus heaving 7 boxes of tiles in and out the car. Basically, at every single point of contact there was an error, a delay and some sort of mess up. At this point, even the branch manager is embarrassed. No one has any authority to do anything - manager can't issue a refund; customer services apparently can't do it either. To escalate anything, it has to be in writing - but of course them having already had it in writing doesn't count... Honestly - just don't bother. Topps tiles are round the corner and they are brilliant.

*** DO NOT USE *** £1000 Shower screen 10mm thick shattered after 18 months & they were not interested in honouring the 10 year warranty. Products under the consumer rights act have to be fit for purpose ! Those screen should withstand day to day use but whilst luckily not being used exploded! Easy Bathrooms shame on you & your dire customer service. I had all 3 rooms done with you & was assured on purchase any issues would be resolved but NOPE.

The guarantee means nothing! I purchased a tap to go with my luxury bathroom, it only lasted a few months until the black started peeling off making my bathroom look cheap and nasty! Contacted Easy Bathrooms and they have accused me of using abrasive products! I have full black accessories in my bathroom so I know only to use microfibre cloths. Everything else in my bathroom has kept its colour. They are not willing to accept responsibility! There was not enough coating and you can see that as the paint is so thin around the lever! A poor and unprofessional company that has no consideration for customers let alone morality. Do not buy from this company!

An update to an earlier review - customer services stepped up and sorted our issue - happy to recommend now but it’s important to understand their policy in any returns you need to make

Disappointing service … We spent nearly £6k here on a new en suite and bathroom - 2 items were damaged which we returned and had replaced (at our inconvenience) - after the job was finished we had 2 small value items that we hadn’t used ( our plumber had used his own superior quality items) and Easy Bathroom charged us £20 “handling” fee to return them as they were over the 30 day returns window - they absolutely would not budge on this - I really dislike this approach from a business ….I wouldn’t recommend this company due to poor after sales care.

I'd give this company 0* if I could My husband is a local tradesman, whom has been one of the Thetford Easy Bathrooms biggest traders of late. A number of months ago the current acting manager greatly messed up on an order, which had been paid for by my husband. On the agreed date the order was due to come in to the customers home - it didn't!!! It not only left his elderly customer with a bathroom that was stripped out ready to start the job, without a bathroom in the home - but he had himself and 2 contractors without work until the bathroom items came in. He of course, still had to pay these contractors for their time, and he also went without a wage - this resulted in a total of 3.5 days before anything came in (the girls in the store did everything they could to fix the situation - so you can't fault them). The acting manager then had the audacity to lie and not admit it was his mistake. Head office haven't given my husband back the money he was out of pocket, when it was through no fault of his own...and as a result we have greatly suffered as a family and has had a knock on affect on my mental health. If this is how you are treated, then I worry for all other smaller businesses too. It is such a shame as when Lauren was the manager - Easy Bathrooms was the best place locally by far. She was brilliant. It doesn't just affect my husband's business - but it affects us all as a family with the stress it has caused. I have been brought up to admit when you make a mistake, and I'd be lying if I said I don't make mistakes - we all do, however when we own up to the mistake and try and fix it, that is what people remember, and talk about with friends and family. Fix the mistake, apologise and give people the money back that they are out of pocket.

I went in the Chippenham store for a look for a sink units and even though I was the only person in the store I was categorically ignored! No hello, no enquiry about what I might want to see - they continued chatting about how ineffectual someone was in I.t and then both sat at their desks and didn’t give me eye contact. I literally walked out of the shop a gasp! It was a Friday afternoon I obviously want just time wasting and I was taking photos and browsed all the displays for over 10 minutes. I left this review in the vain hope that the persons working at the Chippenham store are given some proper training as I can’t see that store lasting long with those two!

OMG I wish I had read these reviews before ordering our bathroom via the Bury St Edmunds branch. Order full of mistakes clearly due to the staff not knowing their products. Items damaged and getting things replaced? Might as well not bother ! Customer service rude and useless and the company totally unwilling to take any blame for incorrect orders and faulty goods. Because of the issues it has taken our builder 5 weeks instead of two and the job isn’t complete yet because they haven’t sent replacements for their own ordering mistakes. This has cost us and our builders time and money. We have experienced many of the issues reported on here but because our builder ordered the goods on his trade account … they won’t even talk to us now … what a joke ! My advice? Avoid at all costs !!

Very poor after sales service. After the paint started peeling off our tap after only a few months they initially advised it was damage we had caused, when we challenged their response they changed their mind & advised it was chemical damage. Apparently you should only clean their fixtures with a warm, damp cloth, no detergent. Very attentive when trying to get the sale, once the sale is made they are no where to be seen. Very poor after spending over £6k on a bathroom with them.

this before you commit If you are thinking of purchasing from EasyBathrooms, please read before you do - it is a long one but worth it for the experience. Initial Experience We went to a local EB showroom. Really attentive and pleasant staff - weren't that knowledgeable about practicalities of fitting, but expectations were not that high in this regard. Got a quote for 2 bathrooms and they were happy to recommend 2 out of a number with whom they had good experience. Quote itself was on the high side, but we were reassured by the various warranties and they offered a discount related to my employer. There was a bit of chasing afterwards from them to sell inevitably, but no more than any other retail business. Price Comparison I did my online research in relation to EB. There was a number of equally positive and negative reviews - but didn't particularly concern me. I checked the prices in detail and found some interesting comparisons - in fact exactly the same products offered through Go Bathrooms (GB - ebay) and The Bath People (BP - Amazon). These products, with different names but same product code in Cubico catalogues, were offered at significant discounts - over £1000 different in our quoted price. Digging a bit further I found that the parent company for EB is Cubico - companies house shows links to GB and BP. In essence they are the all same company. I don't know if GB and BP are still running. I spoke with EB who initially didn't acknowledge the companies were the same, stating that they did not compare with online providers - despite the fact they were competing with themselves. After a month of conversation - during which time the person making the decision was seemingly endlessly unavailable - they agreed to honour the discount. Delivery and checking No issues with the delivery personnel. Very honest disclosing EB were moving warehouses and loads of products were being delivered damaged - this included an expensive shower screen which appeared to have been stuck in the lorry with cellotape. The screen and other items went back as boxes were clearly damaged or incorrect. The items themselves were tightly packed, understandably, but this in turn made it very difficult to check properly - and you have a fairly limited time to do so. Installation The fitter we went with was recommended by EB as someone who worked with them regularly - they knew their products which was helpful. Fitting was delayed twice due to issues with other EB work as products were damaged and this caused delays for the fitter. Fitter disclosed they had a claim in against EB themselves due to quality issues. As the fitting progressed more problems were found. Other items were replaced and 2.5 boxes of tiles were entirely smashed once opened. I would like to say that the onus was on EB to deliver replacements quickly as we were part way through fitting, but it took them a number of days to deliver the replacement items - customer service was secondary. Fitting for 2nd bathroom was pushed back due to issues with EB products on other jobs for the fitter. Alas the fitter disappeared - nothing to do with EB, albeit I do feel some of the delay was. I fitted 2nd bathroom myself. Post-fitting 6 months after fitting the second bathroom I noticed some swelling to a standing unit. No water around it and no leak. Complained and was told units were splash resistant only and most likely caused by being in standing water (on 3-5mm feet fitted by manufacturer), this changed to drips not being wiped off - they made this decision off of a few photos and did not come to visit, despite a number of offers. I queried this referencing previous damage - likely this was an unseen issue or water had crept in as a result of poor sealing during manufacture. EB stated they had referred it to a technician, then said they went by manufacturer guidance, then said they would expected to see any issues in first 6 months. They haven't really provided anything to substantiate any of this. Waiting for a reply from the 4th person I have now been referred to. They have offered me the opportunity to purchase the item again for £200. Summary I have tried to be balanced here, but would I use EB again? No. Are they worse than other comparable providers? I have used Victoria Bathrooms, B&Q and Wickes before, and I can say EB products feel poorer quality, more expensive and customer service is worse. They are just a bit disorganised but happy to be difficult and shrug off concerns. Their warranty is never likely to result in the receipt of replacement items. That's it. Hope it helps

We had our bathroom installed only 2 years ago and already one of our taps are leaking. We sent a photo of the tap to Easy Bathrooms as it should still be replaceable under the 10 year warranty and have been told that they will not replace the tap because the seal has been damaged by limescale buildup(?). Limescale is a natural build up from water and if a tap is unable to withstand limescale buildup, how is it for purpose?? It is also not possible to clean this finely. Even our installer thought this was a ridiculous response. We have tried emailing easy bathrooms directly and received no response which is extremely unprofessional. After having bought a £200 tap, it seriously is not worth the price if it only lasts 2 years despite the 10 year warranty if Easy Bathrooms can use any nonsense excuse to refuse to replace it.
