“There is always a sale, which I know is a sales tactic, but it means their prices a pretty good. Their game trading could be better but what ever. The staff are kind and helpful; they clearly know what they are talking about. Their EB World cards are a good idea which really engages you in their business and rewards you for doing so. Overall they could be a bit better but they give you an enjoyable experience.”

“As I am writing this review I am still waiting to hear back from customer service. I have made 3 phone calls all with extended wait time 30min+, 2 emails and still nothing. On the fourth phone call I spoke to Jordan who would/could not help me and informed me no manager would talk to me with my complaint as it was no worth a manager's time. I made an online order, they have sent me the incorrect game and it is up to me to return to a store for a refund??? They would not assist me with this fault that was clearly on their side or even refund me on shipping. The worst customer service I have ever received!”

Get wrong console copies of pre-orders over the year's.
Games that are supposed to be brand new come with a scratch or finger prints on them.
Last one that put me over the edge was when I bought a pre owned console, controller had faults. Ps4 it self look like it came out a stereo type German dungeon. So as you could imagine was disgusting.
Cleaned console it work. However the controller wasn't. I went back to get a replacement one as it wasn't usable. Wouldn't replace it cause they had no pre owned ones. Making me pay for the brand new one. May as well got a new console for that or just save a little more and get a ps5.”
“I attempted to return a wired Xbox controller that was sold to my youngest son as a wireless controller => he wrapped it for my eldest son’s birthday. At unwrapping the present, it was obviously wired, so not opened. Following lockdowns etc the April purchase was returned by me in august => “the return is outside of return policy time”.

“Just went into EB Games in the city. I had seen a product on the shelf for sale. After discussions with others went in to buy it. Put the packet on the bench only to be told they were out of stock. I asked them what the hell it was doing out for sale. they stated it was a display model. I informed them how they have wasted my time. I had been in twice now for this. they didnt care. there was no "Out of Stock" sign or nothing. Unscrupulous traders. preying on the current situation with a complete disregard for consumers. If I could give 0 stars I would.”
