Only giving 1 star because I have to for this pathetic excuse of a company! I never received my package! Fedex delivered my package to God knows where and told me that I need to reach out to the shipper. After having the misfortune to speak to some rude moron named "Dae" I was told that there was nothing that they can do since I didn't pay for an "upgrade" to signature delivery, she didn't even bother to attempt to start an investigation or open a claim as Fed ex suggested would happen! So I guess I am expected to be out of nearly $200 dollars and no products?? DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

This company is a front for credit card fraud! My credit/debit card information was stolen 3 times after I ordered from this company. It took me a while to make the connection due to the pandemic and my increase in online shopping. However, the last time solidified it for me because it was a new card that had never been used for an online purchase. They are aslo associated with the company ShopHairWigs.com. I have made a formal complaint but we all know that investigations take time. Please take your money elsewhere. Its not worth the hassle or the worry about your identity.

First, before I ordered I contacted customer service via email and asked about the appearance whether it had a true scalp. They didn't know nothing about nothing. She said she didn't know about the product and couldn't answer me. So I ordered the wig and it didn't have a scalp. It was ugly and cheap and now they want me to pay to send it back. Second, the other wig looked nothing like the photo the color was not #2 which is dark brown but was black. It was short and way too tight. Both wigs were garbage!

I Purchased a frontal piece for my hair in early December, 5 days later it said that the item had shipped. I looked up the tracking # that they sent me and it says the item has never been sent. When I emailed the company they assured me that my item was on its way and I should have had it before Christmas. The item still has not arrived and we are past Christmas now. I wrote them asking for a refund since I never received my item and they are refusing me one saying that the item is still in route and gave me another tracking number that say that the package still has not been sent. This is the worst experience that I have had with buying hair. Stay away from this company and let the BBB know of their sales practices

Just like other women in the comments, my package was marked as delivered but not actually delivered to the correct address and I had sent Ebonyline proof from my RING camera and the picture provided by the FEDEX driver. Which happens to be a picture of the ground... NO PACKAGE. The first email that I sent, Ebonyline completely ignored me even with the proof I sent attached to the email. My second attempt, I reached out to Ebonyline again, this time via Paypal. My dispute was denied because Ebonyline stated that my package was delivered to the correct address provided by the customer. Therefore, I contacted Ebonyline again stating that I’ve been a customer since highschool… never asked for a refund, had any issues or anything else. I also stated that FEDEX is willing to provide the proof as well so that my issue can be resolved. FEDEX also stated that, Ebonyline would have to contact a certain department for the information and open up an investigation, but in all honestly the proof of delivery itself should be enough because the package wasn’t stolen or lost but delivered to a different address not listed via the delivery driver and the open complaint, I have on him. Ebonyline responded back stating that they've only seen three orders made from my account. I let them know my address and email I had in high school I no longer use of course. Therefore, you wouldn't see all my orders… which was very unprofessional. Let's start there. Second, the Paypal was denied because it was delivered to the correct address listed. Although, I sent proof it wasn't yet that’s the excuse they gave Paypal. Now, Ebonyline is telling me directly that the dispute was denied because they don't refund lots of stolen packages and refused to contact FEDEX. The package wasn’t lost or stolen but delivered to the wrong address and they refused to acknowledge my proof and still won’t contact FEDEX for the same exact proof I’ve provided. Ebnoyline also stated that if it sent FEDEX ground the lost or stolen policy wouldn’t apply. FEDEX verified it was sent through ground. I can’t believe a company would behave as such… from now on I will only order from Sam’s Beauty going forward. I am asking for a refund because I had to turn around and buy bundles and a closure from my local beauty supplies store to replace the wig. I haven’t seen my husband in a while since he’s stationed and 65 hours away from me. I was so excited to celebrate our anniversary and get cute for him… Ebonyline almost ruined that moment for me. I'm happy I got to the beauty store in time for another option. Now I just want to be refunded and never use their company again. I plan to post this review everywhere I can and contact the BBB about this issue. I’ve also heard individuals talking about a class action lawsuit and I am very much interested. This issue seems to be every time someone gets a wig via FEDEX; out of all the times I ordered before and successfully received a package it wasn't through FEDEX but Priority Mail.

I purchased 4 wigs, returned 3 with in their 7 days return policy with tracking and emails to prove that I did but after several stonewalling, I was told that I cannot get my refund because it over 20 days. They refused to answer telephone calls or return calls. Instead someone with the name Daejonna D sent very rude and dismissive answers now he or she refuses to verify my request or refund my money. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered from any company. It is unfair for customers to have a merchant have such blatant disregard for customers money and or patronage.

Do not buy from this company. I did not receive my unit. Fed Ex said theY delivered it but I was home all day and I have a ring door bell. Nothing was delivered. I contacted Ebonyline and they basically said too bad. They do not care about their customers. I have ordered many items from them in the past but I will never order from them again.

This is the first and last time I will order from them. They lack proper communication and transparency. I am starting to understand the low ratings, outside of those who do targeted reviews from them. It is truly sad, I really though they would be genuine, but I guess that is a lot to ask now a days.

Please don’t waste your money with this company. Their 7-day return policy is disregarded because they fail to respond to customer’s requests for a return or exchange, and when they finally do is to notify you that it’s been over 7 days so you have to keep their product. I was advised to report them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) for their unfair practices, and that’s exactly what I’m doing after I’m done with this review.

Fedex misdelivered my package and this website ebonyline refused to help me with a replacement. this is the worst company to order from. there customer service is terrible, they dont answer the phone when you call and when someone finally picked up, and hung right up in my face. this company cannot be trusted (BUYERS BEWARE) do not buy anything from this company, there are better websites that have good prices and great customer service, this company aint it.

I was having trouble with their website and I ordered a lace wig, but when I clicked on the order button nothing happened so I assumed that the item wasn’t ordered! , because, once you click the order and it goes through you instantly get a reading which says “THANK YOU YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED”. But I never got that so I kept on clicking and I clicked it five times! But when I checked my account I realized five different payments came out of my account ! So In all 900.00 Canadian dollars came out of my account! I sent them and email telling them I wanted to Cancel 4 of the orders and I just wanted one! Guess what they did. They kept 10.00 on each of the 4 orders and never gave me my full refund on each order! Be aware of this company !!

Terrible! Do not order from here! They definitely take you for your money. Returns in new condition(never opened) less that 2 days shipped back upon receiving products not as pictured and charged 20% re-stocking fee, reversed discounts, and shipping on me. This is a rip off!!! Basically took me for $70 and no products to show for. NEVER AGAIN

I have yet to hear from this company about my refund. I had to return back fedex at my expense my tracking confirmed they have received wig back 100% condition wig package was not open. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Will not order from them again. I'm still waiting on refund. If you are planning on ordering from them Don't Do it.

I placed an order on July 1st never got it. Matter of fact it never was shipped. No explanation no merchandise. I have been calling and sending several emails no answer. Its companies like Ebonyline that needs to be investigated by the Federal trade commission and the BBB. Yes, they are definitely thieves, and they don't care about their customers. Save yourselves from the headache. Buy elsewhere.

THEY SUCK. UNPROFESSIONAL. They don't tell the status of your order on time. They need to be closed down. That's why other companies are doing better than them. I give them 0 stars.

I bought the wrong color wig I contacted customer service by email they do respond back quick but anyway i asked them can they send me a link to my email so that I can print out a shipping label to send the wig back so they told me they wasn't and I can pay for that myself and I will have to buy a whole new wig so I cussed the girl name Daejonna That was emailing me.i will not buy another wig from them.

I'm very disappointed in the customer service I have received. I placed an order . Fed ex marked the package delivered however I never received it. When I initially reached out I was told I had to wait 7 days before you all could file a claim. I waited the 7 days and reached back out only to be told there's nothing that could be done. Why tell me to wait as if there was a possibile resolution. I have been a loyal customer but don't have money to just be throwing away on a company that doesn't put their customers first. It's not like you guys can't resend it. I will not be returning

This company is something else and they have very unfair business practices and I should have checked the reviews before going on this site. I ordered 2 wigs in March 17th 2022, I got the wigs but they were not what I ordered I was looking for lace front wigs but that is not what I got and even if I wanted to keep them the caps were to big (I have a very small head) so I contacted their customer service by Email because I was told the don’t have a contact phone number but they do have one Tel:1-877-777-2420 (8am - 6pm Mon-Fri (CST) United States) in any case I was emailing with Daejonna D to see if I could get a smaller size cap but was told that it comes in one size and has adjustable straps, but that was not the issue the cap itself was to big and even if you adjust the straps the cap would still be too big. I told them that I will be returning wigs and ask for a return label but was told  “We do not provide return labels, sorry. Customers pay their own postage on returns”.  I ask for the address to return them , they gave me the address and was told that I had 7 days from the delivery date to return them otherwise I would not get a refund, then I was told * All Returns are subject to restocking fees of 20% of the purchase price. * ALL returning merchandise must be in its original sellable condition with the original packaging, including all its contents. Otherwise, your return will not qualify for a refund. If you decide not to have your order re-delivered back to you, you will receive a refund. * I told Daejonna D that I paid to have the item shipped to them so I’m not sure why they were talking about shipping and restocking fees as far as I’m concerned that is a bunch of nonsense and I do not wish to have  the item returned to me…This is when she stopped responding to me. STAY AWAY from this company and read the reviews. It will cost you money to buy from them.

Will not recommend, they are rude and unprofessional. I end up canceling my order because I will not tolerate spending my money with ass holes! The online rep Dae kept ending our chat and blocked me from entering a chat at all.

I had my credit card information stolen after making a purchase here. The purchase didn’t go through and they didn’t bother to tell me. I had to contact them about what was going on with what I bought. Since I never shop online anywhere else other than a few trusted places, guess what Ebonyline? All eyes are on you for purchases elsewhere (BevMo, some FunkoPop type store…) that I never made. These were big buys, too. Did your employee really need that many action figures? What a hassle. I took a chance with these guys and got burned.
