I stopped using Ebuyer a few years ago because there were too many errors with delivery and payment, cards not being accepted. This time Ebuyer would not accept my credit card but Paypal would accept the same card. Nothing has changed. It is unlikely that I will be returning as the price is not sufficiently good for the hassle in making a purchase.

I always pay by Pay Pal. If the Company doesn't use paypal anymore take it off your web site. Customer care were not helpful in this matter

They work well until they start ripping you off with next day delivery. Advertising to businesses that are smaller yet able to negotiate a better price per parcel is embarrassing. We deliver maybe 3-4 a week and get a flat £9 rate before 12 Next Day. They've just charged me nearly £15 for the same service. When you opt for free delivery the service is carried out by Yodel. The less said about that the better.

I ordered a printer yesterday and received a cartridge only, today. Very disappointed as I have travel documents to print out today.

Your website is a nightmare to get through. I do not understand why you need my date of birth etc for a delivery. A very strange demand. And the price of delivery is extortionate - I wished to pick it up from my local Argos store. If I am not available, you can leave the package in my meter cupboard next to the front door.

While there's a wide range of catalogued products, the discount percentages when given isn't good enough to bring prices down to a more competitive and reasonable amount; especially for a little known retailer. Furthermore, facilitating the Account Profile and details is inadequate and needs changing; to accommodate the edit and delete function for Delivery, Billing and additional addresses, should be extended to all listed addresses, as not to create addresses list directory.

The whole point about paying with PayPal is so that you do not have to set up an account, so WHY does your on-line shop not allow to go straight to PayPal? I really don't want any emails from you and I don't want to give out any of my details more than I have to. PLEASE RE-DESIGN YOUR PAYMENT PROCESS

Unclear website difficulty in confirming free delivery, not at all clear also the tiny box with a tick in to cancel if card detail should be recorded for further use . The print should be much clearer and should state in LARGE BOX. " PLEASE tick if you like us to retain your card details for further use. PLEASEREMEMBER THIS The majority of web sites are all unique there fir it becomes very challenging when using them . You need eyes in the back of your head. THE GOODS MAYBE CHEAPER BUT THE STRESs LEVELS INCREASE FOR THE AVERAGE CONSUMER I fail to understand why some online business are not clear precise and simple to use in legible size. I FOUND THE WHOLE PROCESS FRUSTRATING EBUYER ARE NOT A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.. YOU ASKED SO I AM TELLING YOU..

First time on the site< I found the first item easily, when I pasted in the link for the second item it didn't appear, I therefore had to paste the ink in again from scratch (via Google), this has cost me two charges for delivery instead of one.

Free postage for over 50 pounds, Looking at the page it shows next day delivery which you are lead to believe is standard only to find that costs over 10 pounds as well. trust is easy lost and hard to get back

It's been a long time since I used a website that drained my system so much. To be fair the PC is ancient. Simple things like categorisation and sort by fields took 100% of CPU and 10-20 seconds before the DOM was responsive so browsing was painful. For a tech site it was a very disappointing experience, please fix it. Watching the network profile is damning, go and fire some developers or re-educate them! Use IE or FF not Chrome if you want keep hair, wish I'd thought of that earlier... However I persisted because I like the content and the great prices! (and I'm not a millennial with the attention span of a goldfish, like your developers ;)

Great difficulty with A/C process. Was told that my account was inactive, tried to re-register and kept getting same message. Tried to change delivery to 1_5 days constantly reverted to next day delivery. Eventually I was told "to save time you would deliver to address used in previous orders very frustrating experience
