The Ecooe Bamboo Spice Rack came with 1 broken jar. The enclosed bill states, "In some cases, the glass wars may break during bumpy shipping. If there's any damage, please contact us immediately. We will send a new glass jar to you as soon as possible." Well, so I did. Then a few days later I got an email back. In which I am told that they can send a jar for 11 euros (shipping cost). The jar is not even worth a euro. What a ridiculous service that is. It would be more honest to mention that on the attached bill instead of their supposed goodwill.
