“Having a terrible experience with them via Amazon. The machine was great but broke after 3 months. Trying to deal with support is terrible. My friend who recommended the machine has had similar problems and has been offered a free upgrade. I on the other hand have had multiple responses in foreign languages and have now received a message to say they are closing my complaint. They haven't done anything yet. Don't buy any of their machines, you'll only end up really, really disappointed.”
