I was told the tool could remove a surface coating on concrete. It can, but it also removed the surface of the concrete and made deep circular gouges on the surface. It seriously damaged the surface of my floor. I don't know how I'm going to fix it.

1) Pad has broken after a few days of full polishing. 2) I've used other companies rubber pads and still have them around. It seems the rubber isn't as strong as other competitive companies. 3)The 7inch doesn't really work well with rubber pads at high speed as it distorts too much. I recommend you mention the 7inch is recommended for the aluminium base-plate.

Damn. The best diamonds I've used for extreme hard concrete. From now on this will be the place to buy from.

I went and bought the wrong size core drill bit (my mistake). EDiamond read about it in the comment section. About a week later, I received a call from EDiamond. They were glad to give me a refund. Wow, Talk about service. Thank You, EDiamondTools.

Shroud for 7 inch grinder worked very well. Two inch suction port removed virtually all fine dust. Kit had several adaptors but I had to fabricate an adapter for my Dewalt polisher\grinder.

So though these tools are made in China they seem to be pretty well made. I did have to provide a pair of O-rings. But that said it allows you to use your SDS MAX hammer drill with diamond core drills. Dry or with the water swivel you should be able to get things done. All in it is far cheaper than a dedicated core drill motor with water, like 5 to 1 cheaper. So highly recommended.

I used a 2 1/2" core bit to drill holes for railing posts in granite (and other) boulders. It was a bear doing this with a hand-held drill, but it worked with only occasional grabbing. I used two bits to drill 13 holes four to six inches deep. It worked, but there must be a better way! No issues with the core bits themselves - I was impressed.

I purchased (1) 1.5", (1) 2" & (1) 2.5" all for coring through brick. Do not waste money on the pilot bit. It's actually easier without (at 12" long, it's not very stable and actually caused more problems in the first hole I did). My first hole was sloppy looking so I had to re-gropup. To rectify this, I purchased a couple of 1"x 6"x 6' pine boards and wood hole saw bits the same diameter as my masonry coring bits. I placed the 1x board vertically against the wall resting it on the ground, marked the center points, removed it and use the wood hole saw through the 1x creating a template. I Positioned the 1x board back on the wall, using my foot to put pressure on the bottom and used the wifie to hold the top (no need to anchor the 1x to the wall, you only need it for a few seconds to get the coring bit started - you only need about 1/8" into the brick & and you're done w/ the wood template). I was able to remove the 1x and relieve the wife and then continue my core. Worked awesome! Perfect cores. I've cored about (15) holes through the brick all perfect. I used a Hilti 16-C Hammer Drill (do not use the hammer drill option for core bits - just the rotary drill option). I have a medium hard red clay brick and it took me about 4-5 minutes per hole (after the templating). Do not use water - these are dry coring bits. Hope this helps. These are very reasonably priced masonry coring bits. I would buy their products again. RK.
