My daughter received red roses which were lovely . I decided to order some flowers for my friend even though reading reviews I was hesitant.Kept updated on delivery and time scale .Flowers were slightly different colours that I ordered but were still lovely. I would use again.

Recipient was very happy with the flowers. She sent a photo and I would have to agree. Lots of offers on a variety of different bouquets. Delivered on agreed date. Would recommend and will use eflorist again.

Eflorist delivers quality flowers and have quick delivery. Their customer experience is exceptional for being timely in their response to queries and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely return to Eflorist and use them to send flowers to my love ones in the UK

Placed an order on a Tuesday to be delivered the following Friday they arrived late evening the following Sunday, very disappointing bouquet not worth the. money!!!!!!!!!

Anything that could go wrong did ...delivery never made, 15 emails from them I must have responded to at least 8 almost 2 weeks later delivery never made, pretty pointless now as they were supposed to be a Christmas gift. I have asked for a full refund, all in all, it was very frustrating and annoying I have never had so much hassle with an online company.

Paid £29 for a surprise gift for my wife and on opening the box we were presented with dead flowers and leaves, I will never use this company again.

Spent £35 on a bouquet of large flowers,absolutely waste of my money .The bouquet is pathetic ,so small.What they advertise is not what you receive.

We sent in the order with name and correct address but without uk post code. Eflowers added the WRONG post code and tried to deliver to the wrong place. They then blamed us for providing incorrect address when it was clearly them that added INCORRECT post code. Now they refuse to refund and my sick sister still has no flowers. Customer service were useless.

Ordered flowers for my stepdad who has recently been diagnosed with cancer , arrived dead ,absolutely rubbish ,spent £36 on flowers from here when I could of got better ones at Tesco ,would never recommend to any and would never order from here again

Absolutely disgusting beyond words Ordered from here in Australia for an elderly Aunties birthday surprise Gave a weeks notice and payment went out of my bank Flowers weren’t delivered for almost two weeks after the date! 3 e mails to enquire and got e mail back saying when shall we deliver more No offer of refund or anything, explained in e mail the surprise had long gone and she was away but still wanting to send flowers?! Advised they would refund but never did, I ended up refunding through pay pal When they arrived dead and dried up not sure where they had been but no chocolates on the box either Never ever again! You scammed me good. Thanks E Flowers! Oh n top it off I did a review before and it was reviewed by the company and never posted.. shame on you!

Total disgrace, not just 3 days late but the flowers and chocolates were late for an 80th birthday, they say order by 9pm for next day delivery, but flowers dead and chocolates melted when they eventually arrived, they were in Yodels ctn for 2 days ! Emailed customer service twice and no reply, it seems the email they give is not accepting emails! Not surprised there is no contact tel number either! Do not use worst I’ve ever used. Oh and no contact tel no either, total con🤬recipient took photos

disgusted and so very disappointed. My husband ordered flowers for me yesterday as a special surprise. They didn't come! He was so upset! The contacts didn't work, live chat wasn't available, tracking didn't work. We shall not be using them again. This was our first experience of this company and is the very last, we want a refund

Disgusted with this company, were for a 60th birthday, arrived a day late . Flowers were nothing like what was ordered, pathetic few dumped into a box, should have had chocolates, missing.

Do not order from this company. Received flowers from my daughter for mother's Day. Droopy, snapped, half dead, discoloured leaves, box just left in full view of street, upside down which has contributed to state of flowers. No water, how long in transit I ask? Sent pics and complaint. Reply, these flowers are fresh, therefore nothing wrong in their opinion. Disgusting, ruined mothers day for me and my daughter who is extremely upset. Save your money and only buy what you see.
