I ordered from eglobal at the beginning of May. Paid 480€ visa without insurance shipping for a One Plus 7T phone. I received confirmation of my purchase and was told it would take 2-3 days before I received a tracking number. I got curious and searched for reviews and came across this page with hundreds of bad bad reviews and I panicked!! Rather than keep stressing I emailed them for some reassurance and I got no reply. 3days later I got a tracking number and every 24hrs it was updated "in transit" etc. This happened for 8 days where I got a DPD tracking number saying it was in Holland. 4 days after that I received my phone in perfect order. I think people are freaking out because OBVIOUSLY Covod 19 has shut most things down and for this company to ship to Europe (Ireland in my case) it's going to take longer! Having a poor customer service and dodgy websight is a price we pay for cheap goods from them! My advice would be chill out, expect it to take a month, and purchase away! I'm glad I did and it's my first time buying anything from them. Cheapest version of this phone by a long way and it's perfect! Stop complaining everybody 😅 I deductded a star for the no reply and delay but I'll be purchasing from them again in the future.

IPAD 2018 ordered in error, as soon as it was ordered I knew there was something wrong as the money went instantly and no communication of any sort from the company. I opened a case with Paypal, but that was back at the start of November (now 3 Dec). The case got prolonged when the seller stated a tracking number? this has now dragged out the claim. still no communication from the seller. Just beware you will not get piece of mind like you do with Amazon or John Lewis.

Unfortunately I read these reviews too late. Became suspicious when I did not receive a confirmation. Have tried to contact them via email, support@globalcentral,fr but it just bounces back. I know they don't reply but does anyone have another email address?

Ordered an iPad Pro and Smart Watch. After 5 days emailed them to see where they were. Got an email back saying watch dispatched but iPad had gone out of stock. Asked for refund on iPad as couldn't give me a time when it would be back in stock. Refunded within 5 Days. Watch arrived in about 3 weeks. Noticed that their UK Site is now closed down.

No words can describe deep enough how awful this company is. They don't carry anything, they just claim they do. They have yet to answer a single email I have sent to them. Wish I did my research. Upset with myself also. Hope people read these reviews. If people looked this company up first, this sham of a company would not be here.

Ordered nintendo switchs x2 with them December4 not dispatched until the 9December but no more tracking up to the 19th December. Same old false information from emails . Reporting to Hong Kong Police anti deception coordination unit as all who have been scammed should

Total scam. AVOID! They took an order but because of a "system connection error" they can't refund me. Now I have to do a chargeback via my credit card. Here is the email they sent, which marks them out 100% as scammers! ======================== Due to a system connection error with our payment provider, we have had to cancel your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to process the refund to you due to this error. Any email you have received from us earlier is overridden with this email. For reimbursement assistance, please contact your financial institution who will be in better position to assist you in such regard.

Avoid at all costs. Two months no product & no refund. They pull funds at time of purchase rather than at time of shipment. Bush League Chinese scam.

So i ordered a mobile phone in july, they say on the site it takes about 6-8 working days to receive it, they only shipped it after 2weeks + and when it reached ireland the horrible services of dpd lost my parcel! i spent 50+ euros calling their services and it took them 10 days to assume they lost it! i contacted eGlobal and so far no answer, no feedback, no customer service, no support, absolutely nothing! zero! this is the 3rd time i have trouble with both of them. Companies like both of these are what makes online shopping shady! DON'T BUY WITH THEM, DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!

I bought an s20 plus and it never arrived. I've emailed multiple times after waiting over a month for delivery for it to get lost just before it got to my country. I bought a phone of them before with no issues. Now I'm down 655 euro and no phone to show for it.

Distinctly the worst company I ever dealt with on line. Paid for a phone 6 weeks ago and can get no communication from the company as to where my parcel is now. Eglobal does not respond to requests for information. My advice is to never use this company--looks like a scam.

Only giving 1 star because I cant leave 0 stars. Ordered and apple watch series 5 for my daughters 21st birthday gift. 6 weeks later no sign of the watch and unable to contact anyone either by phone or email, this has been on going for weeks. Tried Resolver with no luck. Infuriating, contacting my credit card company for refund.

I can tell you the tracking provided by this so called company is completely fake!! 62020-04-28Shipment is on its way to the local depot. 52020-04-27Your parcel has arrived at a sort facility. 42020-04-26Shipment will arrive at courier depot for sorting shortly. 32020-04-25Shipment is en-route to courier depot. 22020-04-24In transit. 12020-04-23The parcel has been picked by the courier; The parcel has left the courier's warehouse. Every 24 hours you get a new update and if you google it, everybody gets the same fake info from them. The tracking number provided doesnt even exist! Dont buy here! I have a dispute which I will escalate to a claim via PayPal soon if the seller doesnt respond in a few days. Seller doesnt replied to normal email so im getting my money back!

Placed an order for a camera body. Was nervous when I did not receive a confirmation email. Sent to emails asking for confirmation. None received. 6 days after order. The camera body arrived. New, shutter count was 0. Not the best at communication, but prices are decent and they have quick delivery. Just need to be patient. Recommend using Paypal in case anything goes wrong.

I found a way to catch them I found a way to catch them, here are the steps, the more people we do this the better chance of them going to jail (for NL): 1. go to the national fraud center and make a ticket 2. print the ticket and go to the police 3. they will try to send a fake package with DPD 4. the police is allowed to ask information from DPD, I could not get this myself 5. make a claim with paypal even if you paid by debit card - hopefully you have a paypal account linked to that card 6. ask paypal to start a claim and send all screenshots from police and fraud office 7. solve the claim with paypal an get money back this will take longer 8. do NOT STOP INVESTIGATION and press charges as many of you as you can! INTERPOL can now take care of the issue :) They tried to con the wrong person. Please - make sure that you press charges during this lengthy process.

Bought by mistake microsoft Surface Go Cover Type (i meant to buy “pro”). I asked for return, which they accepted. I paid for shipping, and then they didn’t refund me, arguing that it was unsealed (5cm transparent plastic tape misplaced) even though the product was untouched. It’s a fraud.
