Shipping is super slow. You are lucky if you get your products within thirty days. They use some off the wall shipping company to deliver. If I give less than 1 star I would.

I placed my order on Dec 3 2021, next day got my tracking number and nothing since. The tracking number does not work. The customer service line is automated and eventually disconnects you.Started send emails on Dec 9 2021, website says they will respond24-48 hours, it has now been 144 hours. Have requested cancellation and or shipment, no response.

Horrible company, getting shipments together is super slow,I for my package 13days later,they were 10 days late,unacceptable.

Over a month and still no coils! $42.01 is gone, in the wind, and I'm not happy.
