Had a very helpful and useful conversation with Tom where he clarified issues that had left me confused and unhappy during a previous conversation. Very understanding of claimants being less than happy to be going through process without being condescending.

I waited no more than a minute from the time I made my call to the moment I spoke with Bea on the phone. I was nervous to report my accident as it’s not something I’ve done before, she talked me through it so calmly and really put me at ease instantly. She was patient, understanding, reassuring and super efficient with handling my call. I cannot praise the customer service more than that. It was undeniably wonderful. Thank you Bea for turning an awful experience for myself into a state of calm. I appreciated your time and confidence in the situation.

I recently made a claim and it was promptly passed to a law firm and a vehicle repair company. The customer service I recieved was brilliant, particularly from a claims handler named Devon.

With regards to the date I would like to inform whoever it may concern the date of incident was the 21st of August at 12.25am and not the 10th of June where that date came from is a mystery to me but apart from that I'm happy with the way I've been dealt with

Only told what could not be done rather than what could have been done. Ended up dealing with other parties insurance company myself, and left without a car because my insurance company 'can't' put my new car on my policy for at least 48 hours. Staff were polite, but the service I have received has been very poor. Other parties insurance company has been more help to me than my own. Just very poor. Usual once the money has been received, at the start of the policy, provide as little as possible.

I was impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and friendly manner of Bea and Somerset Bridget. It was stressful enough to have been in an accident, but things went better when the claim was handled by an understanding agent. Bea was helpful, patient and professional in dealing with my claim.

Excellent service. Was so impressed with Tom. I was a bit shook up and stressed with the whole ordeal of the accident but Tom had a very calming persona and was able to make me end the call with a smile and reassured that I was in safe hands. Thank you Tom.
