I bought four (4) dinner table chairs and a dinner table on which I spent approximately almost $4,000.00 US DOLLARS at El Dorado located at 12201 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines FL, 33026. One of the chairs came with a hole so I immediately contacted the store and the salesperson via telephone and text messages (which I have for the record). I kindly requested a new chair since I have spent almost $10,000 US dollars in this company for the month of April 2024 on furniture (I have all the invoices). The chair that was damaged (Helena Side chair) was approximately $300.00 US dollars. I requested the store and the sales representative, via phone call and text messages, for them to exchange the chair since not only did I spend a lot of money in this store but also, I immediately contacted and informed the salesperson within the same week. As of now, the chair has not been exchanged and they are giving me the run-around. I find it very disturbing that I have spent so much money with you guys and I’m not getting the right service. I already contacted my bank about the property that I bought which came damage and I claim was place. All I’m asking is for the chair to be replaced.

Hice una compra, la compañía me dio una opción para las condiciones del delivery y no las tomaron en cuenta. Yo no puedo salir de trabajar para esperar el delivery tuve que cancelar porque no tienen opciones Una pena el servicio

We purchased a sectional Sofa from El Dorado. We purchased an extended warranty. After owing the sofa for 2 years, and we only live in this residence for 4 - 5 months per year, and are 2 adults, the padding has worn down in the arms and cushions. We tried to get an appointment for 2 months from the extended warranty company, and finally they came. Even the repairman who came here thought that it wasn't normal for a sofa that we paid close to $5000 for, should wear down so quickly! The warranty company told us that what we have is normal wear and tear!!! Nice to know that the sofa should only look good for less than 2 years! I would definitely not buy anything from El Dorado in this lifetime again. Also, we have some friends who are going through the same thing with 2 chairs that they bought from El Dorado.

Mucho cuidado con aceptar un plan de financiamiento aquí, no te explican nada, no te mandan el contrato te dicen que son 24 meses cuando en realidad son 18 y al vencerse los 18 te cobran $1,000 dólares de interés, cuando no fue lo que la vendedora te explicó, y resulta que esa persona ya no trabaja con ellos y te echan la culpa a ti, jamás jamás vuelvo a comprar muebles en el Dorado y menos en esta tienda. Totalmente decepcionada.

Avoid doing business with El Dorado Furniture. In my opinion, they sell crappy quality furniture & do not honor the honor warranty on the furniture. We bought dining chairs onine from El Dorado Furniture. The chairs included a 1 yr warranty against manufacturers defects. The chairs started peeling after about 10 months. We contacted El Dorado to have a repair or replacement done. They refused to honor their warranty & claimed peeling was not due to manufacturers defect without even inspecting them. Two months after our initial filling they finally sent an inspector. The inspector told me (in person) that the peeling was due to a manufacturers defect & they would need to be replaced. (This was recorded on my security camera.) For the next 3 weeks I kept calling & emailing El Dorado to find out when the replacement chairs would be ordered. They kept being evasive & saying they were waiting on the report from the inspector. Today we received an email today saying the inspector (lied to us) said it is not a manufacturer defect & that they would not replace the chairs. It is clear that El Dorado has no intention of honoring their warranty & has been deceitful & playing a game of continuous delays. We feel we are being lied to and scammed by El Dorado Furniture.

Tuve la peor experiencia en El Dorado Furniture, la entrega de una cama fue la peor, tuve que esperar más de 90 días, tuve q volver a financiar pq se había expirado el plazo d la primera orden, la vendedora Rosanna no explicó bien a la hora de la venta, dijo; que la cama llegaría a mediados de Sept y aún estamos sin la misma hata este martes 10. Como dijo el chofer del delivery, ellos para vender son muy buenos, pero a la hora de la entrega son los peores.

My wife and I spent over $30,000 furnishing our new home in Port St. Lucie Florida. Our sales person, Doris, sold us an adjustable bed frame, and a mattress that was incompatible with the frame. She told us that we have 30 days to return the mattress if we were not satisfied, and after several weeks of bad back aches, we told her that we wanted to return the mattress. She told her that mattress was on final sale which she was unaware of, and that she was very sorry. The mattress and bedframe cost us $5000 and El Dorado furniture refused to do anything about it. My wife contacted American Express and made a dispute claim against El Dorado furniture, which is being honored, and they will not get paid for the bad service and faulty merchandise. Do not shop here because they do not stand behind the merchandise that they sell. They are as inflexible about their return policies as the mattresses are inflexible on our backs.

I ordered back in June. The furnitures were in back order. I called today to st Petersburg to schedule my delivery since on Aug I was told my furnatures are ready for delivery. A customer service representative called Carmen claimed not able to resolve the apparent issue. She is new a no other manager or representative at st Petersburg store was available. This is not acceptable. My sale representative was Lance.

I have purchased many furniture pieces from Robert Diaz over the years when he was a sales rep at both the Pembroke Pines and currently at the Plantation El Dorado store. He is professional, patient, helpful, genuine, and very knowledgeable about the El Dorado furniture inventory. The El Dorado furniture delivery gentleman Jose Fusfer and Edumel Triana (Truck 170) were very professional, careful when unloading snd assembling my furniture pieces, and down to Earth. I highly recommend El Dorado Furniture and give these three gentlemen an A+ for customer service.

Buena atencion por parte de la persona que nos vendio los muebles. Compramos alrededor de 10 articulos y la mayoria el delivery tuvo que regresarlos porque venian dańados. Los 2 sofa el delivery demoro alrededor de 3 meses para entregarlos y los pagos vienen aumentados los primeros meses. No recomiendo la tienda.

We are in the process of downsizing and needed new furniture. Not only does El Dorado have a vast inventory at great prices but we lucked out by getting Joe Lino as our salesman. Fantastic. Knowledgeable . Friendly. Made buying easy.

super fustrada con esta compania, compramos juego de sillon , comedor con sus sillas , stool . y desde que me entregaron el sillon tenia un defecto en la parte de atras , lo cual me lo quisieron cambiar pero todo los que trajeron venian con otros problemas y a lo cual pasaron los meses hasta que un dia me dijeron que NO me lo podian cambiar porque no era defecto de frabrica , No entiendo si los demas que trajeron venian sin el defecto que tenia el mio pero con otros que no podia acertarlo, entonces los llame para perdirles que me dejaran devolver el sillon y poder sacar otro modelo lo cual fue automaticanente un NO Y si lo queria retornar tengo que pagar el retorno de un 30 % del valor del sillon . y me quieren dar un GIF CARD DE $250 por un sillon de 4,000 usd. simplemente unos sinverguenzas. hasta con compre un seguro de proteccion y los resultados nada es aceptado... una compania con un nombre grande pero los productos malos.

Make sure you ask all the pertinent questions I just found out a year after I got my furniture because we didn’t get all the sections at the same time to make three deliveries. They charge me for all three deliveries but dollars it was free delivery all I could say is the customer service is horrible the warranty department, horrible I won’t go back. I spent a lot of money at the store and I found out how they are after they get your money. I paid off my furniture and I will not ever go back to that store and buy anything

Run away from this company and its gimmicks & poor quality merchandise. El dorado is not what it use to be. I was a loyal client for over 10 years & after this recent experience I realize that I will never purchase from them again. It started out with 3 bar stools - the sadie swivel chair at $399. The day of delivery 2 out of 3 came with markings on the sides of the seat, it looked like when someone has a box opener or knife & cuts several times over - this was brought to the attention of the delivery guys & they stated its just glue and would open a repair ticket to have them cleaned. Mind you a month went by & i followed up with the store & they found the ticket that said that but never called me to set it up. When the repair man saw the chairs he said those are actual scratches not glue & would not come off. I called the store to report this & they said we had to wait for the report of the repair man & then we can talk. Another 2 weeks go by & again no phone calls or follow up. I was finally able to speak to a clerk when I went to the store in person - since I was needing to purchase more items for the home. I told my sales rep & she said pick out the furniture & then we will follow up on the chairs. I was simply asking for them to exchange the chairs, not asking for a refund or money back. After the sales rep tried to speak to multiple managers, the store denied the exchange & said it was because I didn't return it when they were first delivered. I couldn't believe it & was appalled. So for listening to their employees & following the protocol that they said, now i'm left with 2 damaged chairs & that's it. Second, the other items (2 swivel chairs in Navy blue) by this time we had ordered & delivery scheduled for the other furniture. They attempted 4 times to deliver one of the two chairs & each time the fabric was damaged. Now they are saying " we have attempted to deliver the same chair 4 times & the defects is how the chair is, no more attempts can be made." Seriously ... so you take clients money that has no defect but you sell me a defective product. You have lost my business & I will let everyone know of El Dorados misleading & terrible practices & poor customer service.

Me and my husband ordered furniture over a year ago hoping to get it after the pandemic. Our furniture is now ready to be delivered and we find out that the furniture had been sold to somebody else so we couldn't get the furniture Because it's discontinued now
