“Emailed about a Walk-In Shower Panel Wet-room Smoked Glass Easy Clean Nano Glass Shower Screen fixing details to the shower base and was told the measurements and diagrams are on the website. If they were I wouldn't have emailed them! I replied and asked if they could take a pic of the details and send it to me and she said they wouldn't do it as the item is packed in the warehouse. They must have a copy of the fixing diagram on their computer then?! I phoned them and the same young lady who replied to my emails, Sharon, answered. I asked if they had any fixing instructions on their computer she could send me and she told me that when the item arrives they will be in the package. Depending on how it is fixed will determine if it is the product I want. I shouldn't have to purchase it to get the instructions. It might not be suitable for my scenario. She was most unhelpful and dismissive and when I asked to speak to someone else or someone in the technical dept. or a manager/supervisor she wouldn't put me through and said she's told me what I wanted to know. Clearly she hadn't otherwise I wouldn't have phoned. I would have thought they would have the fixing details on the computer or at the very least have a pic of the bottom of the glass with the shower base. How long would it have taken to get the instructions out of the package, copy them and send it over to me? A huge lack of customer service and a complete waste of space. Reading other reviews on here makes sense now as I hadn't looked at the prior to making an enquiry. Needless to say they have lost a potential customer.”
“Absolutely awful company. Placed an order, came back failed, placed it again, came back failed. Went on my bank and the money was reserved. Called their number, lady who answered would not help and said no order had been placed. I received an email saying not order for order Id. I was told by their employee to speak with my bank and she wouldn't help, then she told me to shop elsewhere. They took the money twice and then kept saying no order placed on many occasions so I put a claim in with my card provider. Both amounts refunded by my card provider. Delivery by elegant for NOT ordered goods and now I've told them I have my money back they continue to be confrontational. I've said they can puck up the good I DIDNT order but they're saying they want £80 for the return.
They're an absolute joke. Don't waste your time or money”

“We recently had our bathroom upgraded and shopped for a frameless shower door 56-60 x 72 with 10mm glass and two horizontal handles. I researched numerous doors and began leaning toward "Elegant". In checking the reviews I found there were a number of conflicting remarks. I also questioned why their rating at Amazon was only a four star. I contacted Elegant directly and was satisfied with their explanation. We did , in fact, purchase the door from Amazon. It arrived in due course and I was concerned about the massive hole in the packaging. I was concerned that the 10mm glass had been damaged. Fortunately it was not. The door was installed by our contractor and he raved about the quality of its components, ease of installation and overall appearance. He stated that he had installed many shower doors, costing much more, but this was one of the best he had seen. The door is absolutely beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone. The two horizontal handles are excellent in providing a towel or mat holder and the inside handle provides safety balance for us, as senior citizens.
I'd be happy to provide my recommendation of this beautiful door to anyone.

In the first week in March 2021, I purchase a 1000x700mm Sliding Shower Enclosure 8mm. Half way contructing the shower, i realised there is a missing item, I contacted them immediately, yet up till now (May 2021) I still havent received the missing item.There is no working phone line to call, I have sent numerous emails with pictures, manual etc. explaining what was missing, yet they keep giving me excuses and did not sent the item.

“I ordered back in november, items were dumped outside back door without notice or being informed. when i returned home from work i found the items were drenched - dripping wet. Contacted elegant to get this resolved and just kept on getting fobbed off and then they stopped replying completely. i have opened up a claim with paypal which they simply said post the items back to us at my expense which i am not preperred to do. In the future i will be taking my business elsewhere to a more customer friendly company.
