I have ordered from element vapes quite a few times now. They are always great to deal with it, great prices and great customer service. If there’s an issue they do right by you. All authentic products as well. Shipping has been quick also. 100% recommend element vape!

Love, love, LOVE this company! I've been using them for years! Their prices are incredible, customer service is top tier, and their selection is vast! I highly recommend them to anyone. I've had somewhat annoying requests for their customer service teams and they never hesitate to help as much as they possibly can. This company has me spoiled, I can't shop at local vape shops without thinking "Element Vape would never!" 10/10, I always return as a happy customer.

Prices are OK but shipping is horrendously slow, even with "expedited". They send an email after you've placed an order to tell you that it may take 20 days to get to you and they list the effects of covid as the reason.... 1st and last order. Too many options out here to justify a company that that can't find a way to service customers quicker.

Company does not stand behind warranty and product. Had to provide video and pictures to "prove" item was defective and still no return was issued.

I have been a loyal customer of EV, spending several hundred dollars each order, every three months. The last two orders arrived with defective devices. A salt-nic device & this time, a battery. I gave them a second chance the first time as it is more convenient for me to use their pick up program than have my order delivered, but never again. Before telling me it was against their policy to return batteries (a dead on arrival product) they made me send them a video explaining/depicting what the problem was. So when they told me there was no way they could solve this problem by simply sending me a working TEN dollar battery, after spending thousands with them. I asked them why they had me waste my time, when returning from work after 11 hours, making & sending a video? Their response- they wanted to see if it was an "easy fix" such as removing film. I suggested they not repeat this to another customer as I obviously would not have wasted all that time over an "easy fix" to which they responded they have seasoned & beginner vape users & didn't know which I was. Well, take a look at my account history, it's not that hard to figure out! Horrendous service. I will absolutely go a more inconvenient, even more expensive route if necessary to not have to ever deal with this company again. All I can say is beware! If you're prepared to spend money on an item that may arrive defective & will not be able to exchange it or receive credit back- then by all means, order from Element Vape. But if you want working items or any kind of solution- order elsewhere!

I ordered nicotine salts juice from this company and got the wrong product. It has the right label, but it is Blue Strawberry by I Love Salts and it tastes like menthol, which I have never had an issue with before on any other site ordering juice. When I inquired about this, they said their return policy didn't include e-juice. So basically, they robbed me...selling me the wrong product. Be warned.

There shipping is a laughable joke. You receive things from china quicker than they can ship across the county. You’re better off going to your local vape shop cause this company is a joke.

REVISED *** BEWARE OF PRODUCTS AT THIS PLACE - Day 2 review trying to get a refund or store credit for their product that came completely DEAD - and they know this product may come dead because I've told them before and other reviews said the same thing -The New policy is now , who cares if you do business here all the time, good luck getting a refund on a 21.00 product - or store credit without a series of emails and picture and videos - now they will send a label (oh thanks how nice ) but if they decide it's not their fault the device is broken they will send back to me 😃 I'm guessing it won't be their fault - Customer Service is long gone here -

Received broken products from Element Vape, I emailed them and asked for a refund or a replacement and they simply stated that the products are not covered. I bought around $200 worth of e liquid from them. They offered $13 for the product the arrived leaking and broken.

2 times in a row that I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise and both orders were "LOST". Element has lost my trust completely. I would steer anyone I can away from this company. A lot of past orders had malfunctioning merchandise. Customer service is horrible. I'm tired of them losing my orders and money. BUYER BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY!!

Faulty products received. No warranty and do not stand behind the product. Dismissive and unbothered that their products were faulty and arrived not working. Lost money, would not recommend.

Been using element for years. Spent 1000’s. Bummed that they could do me dirty like this. They don’t care that they are selling products that misrepresent themselves. They then deleted the reviews on the counterfeit products. Won’t issue a refund. I’m done with element.

When ordering vape products from Element Vape be aware of POSSIBLE MISREPRESENTATION OF PRODUCT or DESCRIPTION of PRODUCT. When I ordered replacement coils, Eleaf HW Coils 0.15 HW-M (MULTI - HOLE COILS), you will be given a SINGLE MESH (1 HOLE) COIL. It is different from MULTI - MESH COIL (Dual/Triple/Quad). A LITTLE DECEPTION possibly for increased sales or possibly a simple mistake BUT YOU CANNOT RETURN ITEMS without PRIOR AUTHORIZATION and YOU PAYING FOR RETURN SHIPPING.

I ordered several items and chose their free economy shipping as I had a few weeks before I would need it for my vacation. It was the slowest shipping I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime and did not show up before my trip nor did it show any movement in the tracking. While on vacation an delivery attempt was made and when I got home I found out they returned it to sender. They refused to send it back out and refused to issue a full refund. Wasted my time and took my money and I got nothing from them. Lost my and my friends business.

Ist time buyer .. hellvape / china told me what coil 2 buy ... bought from these element guys china told me wrong one . Wouldnt take them back cause i opened one . I bought a 5 pack ... they sell 3 packs ... i said sell 3 good ones ... nope .. i said well if i buy more can i get free shipping ??..ans. Yes if u buy 85$ worth ... no phone .. endless emails ... not even signed by a person !!!... just "eliment vape team " horrible co. Dont buy from them fyi shipping way 2 much 2 Assholes !!!! Order a month ago still no product. No working tracking number no phone number. Never again. Worst company. Save your time and money.

Have ordered from them many times. I would normally receive my order in a range of 3 days to 3 weeks. Never could figure out why the time varied so much. Then on my last order, the delivery guy actually showed up for the adult sig *NOTE* this only happens on 1 if 5 deliveries. Normally they just leave it in the mailbox. However, this time they stopped when the wife had ran over the the neighbors. Left a note that they would deliver the next day. Never showed up, and when we called the following day was told that the shipper had requested immediate return of the items, and they were being shipped back. Called Element vape and was told they could do nothing, and would refund my money once they received the return. This was a month ago. Contacted yesterday, was told they still had not received the return, but would make a one time exception and refund my ~$200. Last straw, I will never use them again. Switched over to Vapor Empire, first order received without a hitch.

Absolute trash. They won't accept any returns, even if the merchandise arrives damaged. If you reverse changes to your CC, they will sit on it for 30 days until you are absolutely outside of the window of returns (even if they allowed it), ensuring you loose money and are screwed. Stay away.
