“I honestly can believe the exceptional customer service I received! From an email to the pretty little card and note in my order, was just above and beyond!! After my experience with elevate your sole I will definitely be supporting small businesses like your self! Thank you for my new sandles they fit perfect!! “I have no idea as to how I came to order a pair of shoes from your shop, but the help in sorting out my confusion was very kindly and efficiently solved by the staff of both your Prestatyn and Rhos on Sea shops. Exchonging the shoes for a larger size was no problem, though I found that having to receive a refund before I could re-order another pair was unweildy.”
