Ordered a pair of Jordan 6. Stitching on eight shoecesy off and even has black thread in it when it should be all white. The left shoe is fine. The Jordan box was destroyed as well which was annoying as a collector. I can't help but feel suspicious of these being fakes

The worst customer service ! The only word they can say it's sorry when they fucked up. They are ridiculous and they provide fake advertising to make money.

I wish I could give them -5 stars, I ordered a pair of shoes in December and contacted them to organise an exchange. I paid $100 to return the shoes to END in the UK and still after 6 months they are claiming to never have received the shoes even though there is proof of return by the shipping company and the return was signed off by a staff member. I have been in contact with multiple different people in management going back and forth and even though I have proof they were returned they are deciding to ignore my emails and refusing to refund my $900 even though there is proof they were returned to their address!! I would NEVER recommend END Clothing again unless you want to be scammed!!

Placed an order with them, as I have done many times in the past 6 years or so but usually I only buy shoes. Anyway in this case I bought £200 worth of items and the package did not show up. I immediately took the necessary steps to try to locate my package and the courier. I also contacted end and they advised me to do the same, I was unable to locate this package and emailed end clothing again. I was contacted by Matthew Haris from end clothing, this is what he said “This investigation will consist of the driver being interviewed and returning to the delivery address, to confirm where and to whom this was delivered so the parcel can be recovered. They will also check the GPS location of the driver so he can return to the location to resolve. This investigation can take up to 5 working days to complete, however the courier will provide us with regular updates throughout which will be forwarded to you as and when we receive them.” After not hearing anything back from them and having to CHASE THEM UP 12 days later Matthew responds with “ Please accept my apologies for the delay in resolving this issue for you. Unfortunately we are experiencing a longer time frame than initially advised which I can only apologise for, but this is completely beyond our control at this stage.” So now I’m waiting indefinitely because no time frame was given to me, bear in mind there is a time limit on how long I have to raise a dispute with the courier. After chasing them for another 7 days from this email they eventually made the decision to not refund me, this was during the first COVID 19 pandemic and lockdown of 2020, there was limited services as well as huge financial pressure on myself during these unprecedented times. I was briskly told to take it up with the police or courier services now as this was my only option. Matthew haris took so long dealing with this that I was unable to raise a dispute with the courier services, as the time frame from when the delivery had been made has passed. I’ve spent over thousands of pounds at this store over the years. Customers could never be valuable to a company that sells face masks for £89 to be honest. You will find attached communications and the picture dpd have used as a confirmation of delivery. There are 300 flats in my block with the same door.

Questionable...I have bought three items from this store. Two items were full price and came perfectly fine, tags and all, 2 day fedex shipping. This last one....well it was discounted 45% off. So I figured what a great deal! I get the item, shipping and everything goes fine, open it up and I see the hoodie not in any original packaging, no tags attached, and the draw string was missing a metal clip. Now I know this does not seem like a big deal but when you pay 200 for a hoodie it becomes an issue. So I contacted their customer service and they said they do not sell pre worn or irregular clothing or ones with faults. Well obviously you do if you sent this one out. It must have been the last one and they were probably trying to get it out of their inventory since that size does not show up on their site but for future buyers, BE CAUTIOUS OF DISCOUNTED ITEMS. That's all I can say from my personal experience thus far.

Never ordered from this store and they hit my credit card for little amounts like $2.80 and 4.33...Then the big hits came $97. $93 $93 $161...you get it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!

Someone in USA hacked my debit card for $196 usd. Asked End for info on who and where they sent merchandise. No reply!!! Typical I suppose!

Worst online shopping experience ever! Received the item with the magnetic tag still on. Asked for solution, and advise me to go the the local post office to ship the item back by using economic shipping, which takes more than 10 days to received. Also they can only return the shipping cost by giving store credit or paypal. I have not been using PayPal for so many years, and I don’t understand why I need to deal with all this and waste of my time! Australia is under lockdown, and I am already so busy with supervising my kids’ on line learning and trying to work from home at the same time. I asked for the pick up services as Australia is still under lockdown and mentioned I can even cover the gap! No. How END care about your customers feeling and trying to make their life so difficult. If you can’t afford to play don’t sell your product to overseas then. You don’t even understand the whole value of global fashion online retailer for. Bye bye

I used to love your shop before. But now I don’t really recommend it after such an experience. The Nike sneakers I got from you were disgusting. Horrible quality looking more like a fake one. The sneakers were covered with glue, the rubber on base looked like I got sneakers from Aliexpress.. I hoped that you would offer a 50% discount for this sneakers or free shipping back to you. But you only say that you apologized and refund it after I send it to you. All in all, I spend 55$ for shipping it to me and back. I stayed without sneakers. And it was only your fault, that you send to your customer such sneakers. You must pay for your mistakes but not the customers. Probably, I continued using ur service if you had offered 50% discount or free return. But you just say sorry:)) very professional!

Awful service plain and simple. Placed an order for 5 items and received only 1. I only found out about the actual status of my order after personally inquiring about it because nothing had shipped after more than a week. The representative I talked to told me the rest of the order that was in stock will be shipped priority for the delay but nope I then receive a email a day or two later stating that another one of my items was out of stock. Its really frustrating when you really want something that you've been searching for madly and then you finally find it but are let down again. But the worst part is there's no remorse or empathy from END. Well this is the first and last time I shop from here. Most definitely would not recommend.

I never received what I ordered from END. After waiting bout two weeks for them to "investigate" I was told that, because END's contract with FedEx allows FedEx to leave packages outside delivery locations without a signature, neither END nor FedEx is responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are allegedly delivered. END refused to issue me a refund.

FAKE COMPANY. You should be ashamed of yourselves—-oh wait, you’ll send a generics email saying you apologize and will reply as able. You are stealing my ones as countless others, and you’ve been reported both to my credit company and gov.uk. Period. Avoid this shell of a defunct thieving company.

End Clothing. I don't have a choice but Forcing to put one star as I have to write it down my negative review.. If I could put non star I would be satisfied. Absolutely appalling customer service…END. Absolutely appalling customer service ,I have ordered pair of shoes which has not been delivered once I contacted customer service team they said shoes has been delivered and they decided to close the case ,they also told me to report it to the police as theft. I spent a lot of money and also paid for a delivery ,have been waiting all day at home for the product to arrive which has never happened.Once they conducted their own investigation with DPD they told me the driver delivered the shoes .Do they really think I would bother myself to contact them if I had my product ...I feel very disappointed that Jasmyn Rogers took driver word over mine ,when I am the effected customer who never received their product, as at the end of the day I have lost the money ,therefore I want to warn all customers to stay FAR AWAY from END. I can't help myself by mentioning the rudest customer service rep called BETH DOWSE which had a ,,what do you want from me attitude "and tried to get rid of me by telling me to go to the police straight away, Stay away do not shop from END. online store !!!!!!!! as you will loose the money and you won't get any help from their customer service team .
