Rented van w/toddler seat for two weeks at Punta Gorda, FL. airport. Great service and speedy pick up and drop off. Will continue to use Enterprise.

Elie Atallah- the "Branch Manager" for the Palm Springs Airport doesn't return calls, emails or texts regarding customer experience issues. Instead, you can only reach a call center where no one has technical knowledge for app or account issues. You can't escalate to Regional Managers, because while the call center agents open "tickets"-- no one actually responds or takes accountability. Enterprise used to be a top-notch, service-oriented organization that helped people grow in their jobs and also took swift action if there were issues during a rental. Not anymore- it's gone way downhill, like "customer service" in most places. Had someone returned my email or called me to say they were on it, needed more time to troubleshoot, etc., I would have been patient. But almost 2 weeks with no response is absurd. Beyond disappointing.

On Monday. March 18, 2024 I arrived at Jacksonville International Airport to pick my rental car up. The reservation was made through my employer which only allows that you rent the most economical vehicle. I’m 6’4” and to get in a compact car would be very uncomfortable. I requested an upgrade however Enterprise policy doesn’t allow it. Bryce, the customer representative tried everything in her power to assist me. I want to go on record saying that although she wasn’t able to assist me,I felt like she truly cared about my situation. For that reason alone, I will come to use Enterprise Car Rental.

My car was stolen in Albuquerque NM along with my phone and other personal items … Enterprise understood the situation and was very helpful in providing me with a rental car … and immediately sent a car to pick me up…. They worked with my insurance company and even gave me an upgrade for a rental. The staff was very professional, very helpful, friendly, and courteous ….especially John D. I definitely recommend Enterprise for a good car rental experience and I will call Enterprise for my next car rental reservation ….. Thanks Enterprise and Staff ! c j g Albuquerque

This is a review for the Enterprise car rental with address 26739 E University Dr Aubrey, TX, US, 76227. I do not know what kind of people Enterprise rental car has working there but a white male with an aggressive attitude thinking he owns the place was rude, obnoxious, and disrespectful. This man was not willing to help us at all that when we got there telling them that we had been referred by their sister office in Little Elm, Texas to see if they might have some cars available. Well, he immediately picks up the phone and starts to call the Little Elm Enterprise rent a car and tell them not to be sending customers to his office. He told them that they did not have any cars and to stop it. He had no respect for us and others that were coming in to inform ourselves if they had any vehicle available. The time he was wasting talking about his ugly attitude, returning customers were coming into the office to return cars. As one car was being dropped off others were still coming in and he was not willing to help us at all. As all this was happening a young very nice and humble Asian lady jumped in and went above and beyond and started to make phone calls, send text messages to other Enterprise offices nearby to try and assist us. She was very polite and was trying. After a while of waiting outside the office we started to make phone calls ourselves to no avail. The young Asian lady was so nice that she came outside and told us she had found one. She took care of us and was able to start the transfer of car reservation to the rental office in McKinney. The white male person that thought he knows everything, and thinks can bully customers' needs to take some customer lessons from her that she was walking all over him. So, with this said I will never rent anything from that rental place or come near it. I will pass on this message to all my family members so they can pass on it to their family members about that place.

Recently due to an unfortunate fender bender we rented a car from Enterprise on Bank Street in Ottawa. Mark picked us up from home. He couldn’t have been nicer. It was a pleasure to meet him. At Enterprise we received excellent care when we rented our car. He was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Both Mark and Samuel are great ambassadors for your company. We have rented from Enterprise in Canada, France, Ireland and Florida. Each time we received excellent care. We will always rent from Enterprise. Many thanks. Bob and Judy Erwin

I was able to rent a car for 2 weeks with a debit card, now when I tell them I don't have a credit card things were different, not happy.

Despite my ringing ahead to confirm, the car was not ready for pick up. They are repeatedly 'too short staffed to pick up' despite promises on the website at this branch I waited half an hour, then there was a problem with my credit card. Given that I had already wasted nearly an hour getting there on my own and waiting, and also signing off on the rental (initialled the agreement etc), I asked if I could be driven home to pick up another card (five minutes drive). They agreed but upon bringing me home, changed their mind--no reason given--upon the manager's instructions, and drove off leaving me standing there with no way to pick the car now and late for a medical appointment. I am really sorry that Enterprise is now letting just about anybody run a branch: this woman was talking to her kid on the phone most of the time telling her she couldn't do something and in a really bad mood. Not sure why I had to pay the price for that. Deeply disappointed. A long time customer at other Enterprise branches and have also rented from here before. And trying to call the branch to find out what was going on was impossible: they refuse to answer the phone.

Horrible experience, the car vibrated terribly every second over a 510 mile drive call the customer service. Somehow I got somebody from Australia and she ended up hanging up on me. Horrible don’t use this car service ever you’re better off and safer hitchhiking

We attempted to rent a car from Enterprise 2x. Each time we called they said a car was ready. While we were on the phone, 'Enterprise' called us to say no vehicle was ready. Supposedly, the Regional Manager got involved, but we chose to go with a competitive company

I rented a car on the 13th. Within 45 minutes I returned the car. The company post voided the transaction. The original debit transaction from my account posted on the 14th. The refund also posted on the 14th. However, because Enterprise puts hold’s on funds (even though the transaction was already taken and refunded), I still had a pending charge from them that took almost 1000$ out of my account. I went ahead on my trip thinking everything would be fine, except it wasn’t. Because Enterprise still needed to release the fund’s, (again, the original transaction already posted and so did the refund), myself, my Husband, and 5 kids were left stranded in another state without any money. After speaking to multiple people about trying to release the funds, it is now the weekend and I’ve had to borrow money from my friends to feed everyone, get gas, and get back to our home state. I will never rent from Enterprise again. The lack of care I received from your company is frankly disgusting and if it wasn’t for my friends, I would have been in a terrible situation. I can’t even explain the stress, fear, and feeling of hopelessness your company made me feel by this situation.

I am very pleased with the customer service and kindness of the Mt. Airy Enterprise rent a car. They were very professional in handling all of my questions and explaining procedures, as this was my first time renting a car from them. I give them 5 plus stars and will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors in need of this service.

We rented a vehicle out of the Brainerd , MN airport. The pick up time was on my paperwork but when I arrived the Alamo kiosk was dark and no one was in attendance. I called the local office and was told someone would be right there. I waited a good 50 minutes. We spent time filling out paperwork and then it came time to pay. My debit card was refused and I was told they would only accept a credit card. I had none. I had to drive 40 miles back home to get a credit card and then drive back to the airport. On my way back an agent called to tell me they had the-evaluated the situation and I would be allowed to use a debit card. At this point I had already driven back home. And wasted 1 1/2 hours drive time. I did finally get our vehicle but it had only 1/2 tank of gas??? We had to stop and gas up enroute to our destination. The only redeeming news was when we shared our exasperation with a fellow from Enterprise at the MSP airport, he credited us with $40 upon the return of our car. Very nice guy!! But that should have been done at the Brainerd office.

I cannot say enough great things with regard to my experience renting this vehicle. The team was top notch especially Lorenzo Barajas (Hammond, IN location). For the moment I made the reservation (couldn't have been easier), to the pick-up and them my return. The car itself was excellent, clean and a newer model. I was able to return the car earlier than anticipated and they gladly refunded the days from my contract. Their customer service is 100% for the customer! I will gladly recommend to business associates and well as family and friends. Thank you for a great experience.

This office at 701 Bloomfield Ave, Verona NJ. is really horrible. After I returned the defective car they held my $300 deposit and don't want to give it back to me as they said that the passenger seat floor was flooded by me. I explained it to them that car's doors were slammed so hard many times that they probably worn out the frames of the window doors so that the water filters from it every time it rains. They want to blame me as it is my fault and they will proceed with the insurance and keep my money. They are thieves, who knows how many people are being victims by them as well. I will never come back or refer this ever again.
