It was very repetitive making it a lot longer than it needed to be. I did not appreciate the robotic presentation voice, very impersonal. Also noted an over representation of white males as aggressor in your slides.

Hello Allana, While we understand that we can not satisfy all customers and have only positive reviews, I will have to disagree with the feedback you provided here as being negative. First of all, the voiceover is not robotic. We work with Megan Hope, a well-known voice artist based in Saskatchewan, for our voice-over. Compared to other companies, we pay the artists who collaborate with us, and we do not use AI voice-over for any of our presentations. You can find her profile here if you need more proof on this matter: https://www.mandy.com/ca/voice-artist/megan-hope-2 Regarding the second aspect about the pictures, these are licensed pictures; we do not produce them to select a particular side, skin colour, or whatever else the woke community agenda is interested in nowadays. Instead, we choose from whatever is available on a specific topic and rent the usage of that picture through a royalty-free license because our interest is purely economic and have no political interests or affiliation, as any private company should be. The individuals participating in the photoshoot are just playing a role and, as you may expect, are just fictional characters in that role, not actual aggressors. I understand that this is not the response you were hoping for. Still, I had to say this to you because you try to damage the reputation of a company that invests massively into its systems, and its employees and is a place of business we take pride in. Mind you, you're doing so not even as a paying customer since your employer has paid for the program and you benefit from it for free. That's just ridiculous.

Certificate in wrong person's name...phoned and explained the situation but was rudely spoken to and the person on the phone would not let me speak...eventually had to hang up. Paid for a second course so the certificate was in my name. Will not be using the service again.

Hello Barbra, We understand that we can't offer services that are satisfactory to everyone, and we accept negative and positive feedback. However, your claim in this case is entirely false. Our support agent explained the situation politely and told you that we couldn't change the names on a certificate once training had been conducted. You did disconnect the call on what I'm assuming to be a case of not wanting to accept the answer. Nobody interrupted you because you disconnected the call once you were told why we couldn't accommodate your request. I suppose you are fully aware that phone calls are recorded, and we have proof of that conversation. Considering this review collection platform is a third-party and public space, this fake review is regarded as a defamatory statement. You are free to leave negative feedback, but we do not appreciate defamatory comments about our business because they can damage our reputation, and we fully intend to protect our reputation, so I would kindly advise that you adjust the review to a real one, even if it's a 1-star review. Regarding using our services in the future, rest assured that you will not be able to do that anymore. As a private company, we reserve the right to select our customers, and we have blocked all footprints regarding your transactions, so you will not be allowed to use them again.

This really was a poor course. Just some voice reading slides - really? I could have read all this material myself and been finished your course in 20 minutes. You should make more use of video demonstrations and interactive slides. You definitely are the least expensive "on-line" training course for chainsaw training, I now know why. For what this course cost, it was actually expensive for the value the user received. I say you need to work on your course material. I should ask for a full refund because I will be looking elsewhere to complete a more comprehensive online training course.

Hello Jason, Under the OHS Act, the employer is responsible for selecting the appropriate training level and paying for that safety training course. Therefore, we would not be in this situation had the employer's duties been performed. If you made a mistake when purchasing a program, the first rational step would be to contact the support team and discuss your situation because you would've discovered that we are real human beings working in this company. We understand that sometimes mistakes can happen, and we can refund your transaction. Leaving a 1-star review because you made a mistake and the employer is not performing their duties under the law is not a good way to solve such a situation unless the intent was to leave a negative review in the first place.

The system was not very intuative and the question were a bit unclear for a couple. For some reason the system told me I had completed each module even though I had not watched it. I had to start each one again. Wouldn't be my first choice for future training.

The lady’s voice put me to sleep and I could read 4 times faster than she could talk. On the questions with two correct answers and I get one of them right you mark it as wrong. Very frustrating to say the least. How about you say ‘ this is correct and also the other is also correct’. Should not be demeritted.

Hello Laden, For your first Fall Protection wallet card, you've requested that for free because you've already purchased it with the course, but you then proceeded to request a second one. Do you actually need 2 Fall Protection Wallet Cards or should we go ahead and remove 1 from the order queue and refund your $10 for that second wallet card?

I have been working in sour gas environments for over 40 years. This course was riddled with serious errors. The #1 response is, if the level is 10 ppm or greater, vacate the area immediately! LEL, UEL, cyrogenics, etc. are absolutely extraneous to the extremely lethal hazard. Some items like wearing monitors on your feet are ludicrous. Baden

as someone who's run a forklift for many years without a ticket, I finally decided to take some official training. I couldn't help but shake my head at show silly this course was. It had almost zero helpful information on how to run a machine. It seemed to be mostly about theoretical safety, safety, safety issues, and no practical tips on how to run a machine with any skill and competence. Gloves, safety glasses, hardhats and steel toed boots, safety checks and stuff will do NOTHING to avoid accidents compared to understanding how to actually operate a machine skillfully.

Hello Steve, Our company provides safety training courses, not operator training so it makes sense that the course content is developed with regards to the hazards specific to operating a forklift. On top of that, we also offer operator evaluation checklists for the workplace-specific practical as well as pre-operation inspection templates. You probably missed that part. With that being said, our product page explains what the course is about and on top of that you've even addressed this question to our support centre so you knew what our company does and does not do even prior to making the purchase, yet you chose to do it anyway so we would appreciate it if you clarify your review because otherwise, there is no other option but to moderate it from our reviews page as it is not a reflection of our services (since you are judging our services on something that our company does not offer for sale).

The site was easily navigated. I found the instructional video to be good quality (I have had the fall arrest course multiple of times so it all seems to be repetitive). The narrator voice was pleasant on the ears and if you have a solid understanding of a certain topic there is the availability to fast forward (a person should really just watch all the videos in full length ). The exam definitely makes a person's brain work to recall the lesson. All in all my employer was impressed with the pricing and that I have renewed my ticket. Thank you eSafetyFirst.

This is well needed ....have been working construction all my life 41 years when there were no standards...... be safe to the new workers and kids entering the trades

Hello Kate, Could you reach us via email so you could explain where the problem is? I've looked into your account and saw an order for an H2S Course in the province of Alberta. Our course will meet and exceed the requirements imposed by the Alberta OHS Code for H2S Worker Training so other than personal preference (the H2S Alive by EnergySafetyCanada), I do not see any potential reason for not approving your record of the training.
