“I can't give 5 stars because agent can't provide me with information for my insurance and it cost me extra $400 for medical insurance. I would book my vacation again , but I'll buy my insurance somewhere else.”

“Very easy to navigate! Right upfront is 2 boxes to check that I like instead of having to search. Everything is right there. Would prefer Air Canada over WestJet is my only complaint. Have used Escapes previously 🙂”

“I dealt with Melody for a Mexico trip with Air Canada Vacations. There was a problem with invoicing St Air Csnsda's end and Melody put in a lot of extra effort to solve the issue. Melody was also available for multiple calls with questions and was very knowledgeable and professional.”
