“I found Escape very passionate. I am a moderate traveller that means 2 to 3 trips a year between business and leisure and in most cases I have seen the booking agents do not take any responsibility of the booking and once done you are on your own for any changes, mistakes or issues. But in this case it was extremely great they made sure the automatic mistake done in my booking is sorted by them and they followed up and made sure there is no hassle coming my way. So loved it.”

“We have been booking our vacations with Manju for many years now. She has booked us solo, family and group trips and we have been more than pleased with her service. Honestly I am so pleased I found her many years ago after having no customer service here in our own home town of Thunder Bay, Ontario. If I leave her a message or a email she always responds to me. Even on her busy crazy days. Looking forward to our girls vacation in the next few days!!!”

“While the prices are the same across online booking sites, I prefer to book through Escapes for a few reasons. The website is one of the easiest to watch vacation prices, its easy to navigate, no excessive clutter, and the results display just perfectly. I also love the lowest price finder in monthly calendar format. Another reason I prefer Escapes is their exceptional customer service. For the last few trips, I have been dealing with Melody, and she provides excellent customer service and is quick to respond to any questions. All in all, a great experience for us!!!”
