“I booked 2 trips through escapes this summer and they are wonderful to work with. Searching for a good deal is easy with the search features. Prices are often lower than what they show when you click through. Customer services is top notch. I work with a lady named Charity and she is very good.”

“Had a last minute emergency that required an unusual change to my travel plans - Eric Chao was simply AMAZING. He investigated EVERY option to help me. He was kind, thoughtful, polite, professional and fabulous at his job.
