“I really like looking up vacation packages through the Escapes site, as you can choose direct flights only and then it give a full week of comparison vacation packages to choose from. If you need to speak with someone there is very little wait/hold times unlike direct to West Jet!”

When I needed to modify my itinerary for our trip to the Barcelo Resort in Riviera Maya, and even add my daughter at the last minute, their team handled everything with incredible ease and efficiency. There were no issues whatsoever, and they accommodated all our changes seamlessly. The professionalism and dedication they showed were truly impressive.
