“When I booked our vacation I had to phone to see if they received my request for the vacation. Once I phoned I got confirmation that they got my payment. The lady I talked with apologized and then went over my needs on our trip and told me when I would get all the paperwork. Once that was done I was very happy.”

“Very easy booking process. The only thing I would suggest is more pictures of the locations. I found myself having to go the the location site to see more pictures. Otherwise, I would use Escapes again. Thank you!”

“Had a problem with there being lower price for our holiday after we booked and paid for it in full! They could not lower the cost of our holiday but they did give us a gift card and 2 rebates! I was very happy with the way they dealt with our problem! Thanks Chris!”

“I booked thru Escapes to go to Mexico on Sunwing. The booking experience was very good, but Sunwing CANCELLED my flight. Could not get what I needed to replace that with the hotel. Not Escapes fault and I wil use you guys again.... but NEVER on SUNWING.”

“agents were very easy to contact with any questions and quick to respond. everything was pretty good but im not a fan of the procedure for checking into upcoming trips and what not, they also dont notify about seat selection for your trip or room selection options so if you dont find them on your own your family could all end up sitting in random places. Our hotel transfer was arranged through nexus but we werent notified that we needed to check in with them before our arrival. we found the room selection too late but at the resort there were 2 options when we got there and they werent right full so we were able to pick the bed layout that worked for us. overall everything went well just a couple of small things that would have made things easier or a little better.”
