“They generally have everything in stock and, if not it is only a days delay before they are in. I find ordering online really useful as it is then just the one stop to pick up everything together. Their prices are pretty good and if it is possible to get some items cheaper I don't care as it will not be by much and it is only one payment and one pick up. I am not a garage or professional just an enthusiastic DIYer and wherever I have lived over the last decade, you're never far away from a store.”

“The parts were excellent and reasonably priced. However, I was told to collect from 10am onwards and after making the 30minute there at 11am I was told they would not be here until after 1 so to come back. I then had to make the journey again.”

“Awful service!!! - told me to collect next day, went to pick up order, to be told it’s not there, counter person said I should ring up next day, so I did and was told again the following day it was not there, the guy at the counter was told the stock was not there for me, but it was so had to go down to collect order a third time!!! - total lack of care and very unprofessional!!”

“Ordered break pads on line Was given wrong ones in store Had to get a lift back to swop them later in the day , then the store person told me to never use the on line app as it’s rubbish 🤷🏻‍♂️”

“Did a click and collect order .. then realised I couldn’t collect for hours and hours so collected next day. When I arrived they went and picked the goods so I might as well just walked in and purchased the goods over the counter. Other than that the staff were very polite and helpful.”
