Took the money but did not have the part in stock, is this to prevent the customer going elsewhere and make them wait for Euro Car Parts

Parts ordered were absolutely fine however, I can always guarantee a 30 minute plus wait for collection no matter what day of the week or time of the day. More staff required as this is always the issue and it has certainly made me think twice about ordering from Euro Car Parts again.

So we ordered some brake discs and pads .as always the web site showed 2 sets of frount discs and pads . So I check witch pads and discs I needed for the frount . But on the Web site it only showed one discs and pad for the rear. So I just ordered that discs and pad. The rear pads are right but the discs where not so I was lucky enough that I got some difrent discs and thay did change them .

ECP is great, for those parts and tools that your local parts distributor can’t get hold of fast. But other than that, go to your local shop for parts at a good price as opposed to ECP’s extortionate prices

Ordered from ECP as the parts I wanted were in stock, had the option of collection from local branch or free next day delivery so opted for delivery (I mean why wouldn't you). The parts were as described however the delivery was not. Order placed on Monday after lunch so was expecting items on Tuesday. Received notification in Tuesday that they had been dispatched, thought ok maybe I was a little late for order to go out so benefit of the doubt I was expecting in Wednesday. Nope turned up Thursday, just wish companies would be honest and not offer next day knowing they can't do it. In conclusion, parts good delivery not so.

Had three Lion Batteries replaced under warranty for two of my vehicles. Cheadle branch dealt with all problems. Not sure that I would purchase another Lion Battery

Grumpy staff, complaining about having to do their job as usual. Asking when they can go home, couldn't find the brand I ordered so substituted for another brand. However everything was the correct part for the car for a change. Not everyone likes being at work but maybe act like you do as you're being paid.

You order online to save time then end up queuing up for 30 minutes to collect your parts in store .Apart from that parts are good quality

I often use Euro Car parts, they provide cheap, though not always of good quality, products, that are readily available. I'm writing as I've just received an unasked for refund organised by Miss Simran. M of the Escalations dept. following a negative review I placed for a product that I bought that immediately failed. This is very welcome and appreciated, but they still get 3 stars because of the inconvenience, nor is this the first time I've had this issue. For example I am aware that a mechanic I used recently put a Starline (ECP product) steering rack in my car and it failed within a year, meaning I had to spend another £500. I'd still recommend using ECP to friends because they are convenient and cheap and mostly get it right. But with caveats.

Normally a satisfied customer but on this occasion when I visited to collect my order it was sometime before somebody attended to me. There were no other customers but staff doing other things. I don’t mind waiting but it would have been good customer service if someone had acknowledged my presence and just said something along the lines of we won’t keep you a minute. Eventually someone asked if I was being attended to! Must do better Europarts

Slow service, but think the guy behind the desk was new, so no issues. Collected one tiny car light bulb but this generated two a4 sheets of paper receipts which seems wasteful

The brake pads I purchased although the site says they are for my car when I stripped my brakes down I found them to be wrong

Parts I ordered were incorrect and didn’t have a replacement in the store ,the member of staff shouldn’t be behind the counter he was rude and rushing about and stopped mid flow to speak to another customer and ignoring me in the middle of conversation , he took somewhat enjoyment out of telling me the correct part I’d ordered wouldn’t be in stock , so I had to go else where for a set of 600amp jump leads.

Ended up buying too many parts as website didn't make quantities clear. Fortunately a staff member in branch picked up on this and was able to issue a credit note, but then didn't act on it. Was told head office would need to issue the refund but could take 7 - 14 days. After nearly a week of not hearing anything about my refund, I contacted someone through the website who said they'd look into the issue but didn't seem to be able to find anything regarding a refund. Said they'd contact me when it had been resolved. I've still not not received an update or my refund.

Gave registration for part but one sold to me was wrong also didn't even ask if I needed help carrying car battery when I was clearly struggling

Great price for the items I purchased but the local store interaction & collection was mediocre. 1 member of staff, long queue & an unwelcoming shop front.

An unusual review. Normally delivery is on time. This was days late despite selecting next day. Did have an email apologising that due to issues at the distribution centre, there would be a delay. As usual though prices are keen and everything fitted. Just a little disappointed the items didn’t arrive on time.
