“Ordered break pads on line Was given wrong ones in store Had to get a lift back to swop them later in the day , then the store person told me to never use the on line app as it’s rubbish 🤷🏻‍♂️”

“Did a click and collect order .. then realised I couldn’t collect for hours and hours so collected next day. When I arrived they went and picked the goods so I might as well just walked in and purchased the goods over the counter. Other than that the staff were very polite and helpful.”

“As a regular user of their service it's quite shocking to see the direction the company going. Online orders not followed up, shop is understuffed and collection time is painfully long. Part availability also shrinked, and the prices getting way higher than elsewhere. But they're local, and convenience occasionally wins.”

“I am a very active diy person who loves working on his own cars. I have been a Euro Car pArts customer since they began business in wembley and expanded. I find Euro car parts to be one of the best car parts suppliers but feel they are starting to slack a bit. One of the biggest problems am having at the moment is the 400 bad request error message online.”

“bought a battery for wifes motor, 3 weeks later engine faults due to low voltage, faulty battery. went to swap it, got it home, completely flat. had to swap that. cos it's all after work, car was off the road for 3 days + a £65 bill from the garage for 2 lots of diagnostics. mentioned all this to guy on the counter, didn'y blink.”

“Was messaged to say part was ready for collection, on arrival it was out of stock !! Had to come back next day. Frustrating to say the least, could probably have got one elsewhere same day. Staff apologetic bit that's it. No compensation offered.”
